Terrible management
I’ve used the company many times and have had great experiences. This year was awful. You did not deliver my Christmas Eve order and a week later you did’t deliver my New Years Eve order . Terrible

Box arrived completely warm
I ordered the classic olma caviar gift box, the order date was 12/21/25 to be delivered by the 23rd. The delivery date being changed and delayed is one issue, but the much more concerning and absolutely unacceptable issue is the order of caviar bring delivered warm with both tiny ice packs completely thawed and warm! As far as the delivery date, it got changed to the 30th, then it arrived on the 27th in a box that was not cold at all and caviar that cannot be consumed. We were so excited about this order and never dreamed it would show up warm!
