All the men (Juan, Rudy, Genaro, Jorge, Fernando, Santos, and Tyler) were courteous, reliable, and hard working.

This company was fast and professional.

I had some concerns about my property and Dave Klotzbuecher came out to evaluate. He was very professional and did a great inspecting the property, ultimately determining that there were no foundation issues to be addressed.
Based on this experience, if I did encounter issues in the future, my first call would be to Dave / Olshan.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional.

UPDATE: They fixed it! It took a few phone calls up the chain of command after receiving an automatic "No," so I can't give the a higher rating than 3/5.

A 5 star company would have sent a rep out to see the problem after a single phone call. A 4 star company would have called to get ALL details of the problem before refusing.

I am grateful that they honored their "we stand by our work" sales pitch, eventually. I am just frustrated that it took so much back and forth to get someone out here to even look at it.

For the sake of continuity, I am leaving my original review copy below. Hopefully Olshan can use this experience to train or reinforce a more open minded approach to standing by their work in the future.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Warranties are not honored here. It has been less than a year since they raised the foundation of half of our house (about $24,000), and I found a problem while fixing my plumbing. They are refusing to come out and fix the issue, even saying that I could pay another $1,000 to have them install another pylon to fix the problem work that sits directly next to the pylon they installed. Between 2 installed pylons, so it is obviously a direct result of their work.

Obviously, I'm not doing that. I have no interest in giving more money to a company who refuses to stand by their own work.

The entire reason we went with Olshan (compared to other quotes as low as $15,000) is their assurance that they stand by their work, and they have been here for 80 years, so they will be here in the future for problems that arise with their work. It turns out this is not true.

The techs, Francisco and Antonio did an excellent job and even took pictures so I could see the results.

The team arrived on time and go to work immediately. They communicated the timeline and work progress great. They cleaned up well after they were finished.

We were provided with exceptional services by Olshan representatives. Mr. Bill Ford was very communicative and accessible at all times to answer questions. The working crew was on point in everything they did from beginning to end performing the foundation repairs. This crew is superb: Martin, Angelo, Carlos, Jose, Neddy, Mario & Eduardo. The ladies in the main office are very nice too, they are user friendly.

Gabriel and his crew very courteous and did a great job in wichita, kansas Took the time to explain what they were doing for our sloped floors. Made a good difference.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional

Brianna S. went over and above to help get a very quick appointment for an inspection of our foundation as we were had scheduled other work on the house that would need to be rescheduled if we had any problems. Jake was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and took measurements so that we have a baseline to determine in the future if we need any foundation repairs...which we do not at this time! They are both outstanding employees!

Did fast work and good cleanup but when they leave the job good luck on getting them back. Found where they left a problem and 4 calls over 3 months and still haven’t had a visit to show the problem to. Did receive one call back but he said that is another department and he will pass that on. 1 month later still a no show. I would not recommend Olshan as warranty work is not in they name, including writing a review on there web page.

They were quick to schedule asessed the foundation and felt that the cracking was merely cosmetic.

Matt was professional and explained everything. We were impressed with his knowledge and his delivery.

Both McKensie and Donovan were thorough and knowledgeable and professional and timely. Prices are a bit high, but I think the warranty or guarantee of their company’s work might. Be. worth. it. Not certain why I’m being solicited for a review before any work is completed, but so far , so good. They may get the project …

We just had our home’s foundation leveled by Olshan-Little Rock and the experience was as professional, courteous and successful as we could have hoped for. From the first phone call in which Lanaylia set up the meeting with Jerry, the structural tech, to the scheduling of the actual work to be performed everything went smoothly and on schedule.
When Julian and his crew of Jose, Jamie, Julio, James and Epifanio arrived, they were courteous and friendly. Julian kept us informed throughout the entire job. They are a great group of men and they know their business. Would definitely recommend them.

Representative James followed through on every detail. He ‘s quite amiable and provided a grrat experience.
