The groundwork’s were done very quickly, even when I decided to change things after they had started. The drive looks fantastic, we are so pleased. We’ve already had 2 neighbours knock & ask who did it. Cannot recommend these enough.

Never before posted an online review, but moved to do so after a very costly and frustrating experience with Oltco. We had an expensive driveway and patio installation two years ago. The first attempt (by their own admission) was botched so a second application had to be made over the top, which has since caused levelling issues to our property. The second installation was also poor and required an audit from the head office. Despite my concerns, I was told to 'see how it goes' as I could always claim under the guarantee if there were issues in the future. Now I have come to claim under the guarantee, I find the installation company has been liquidated and, as the guarantee was not insured, it is worthless. Despite advertising and issuing the guarantee themselves, Oltco will not stand behind it and are refusing to even respond to my emails. The final, and most incredible, part of the story is that Oltco have now issued a new franchise licence to the management of the old installation company, who continue to trade! Shady practice in the extreme and I am taking steps accordingly.

Cam and Ryan were tasked from the Exeter branch to correct work completed by "The Ponderosa", (a local cowboy resin company who have now ceased trading). This was to re-surface a collapsed drive way manhole and an area of resin patio, which had been layed used the incorrect mix which caused it to sink. Cam kept us informed as to when we could expect them, this was essential, as coffee and doughnuts were at stake. The lads completed a quality repair job, so impressed. A thank you also to Scott who managed to fit us in Highly recommended. Thank you :)

We are very pleased with the work we had done which consists of the driveway and all the paths. It looks fantastic. The work that was carried out was done very efficiently and to our satisfaction.

We contacted Altco to replace our block paving. Michael visited and between us we decided the colour of the gravel and the surrounding blocks. The finished job looked even better than expected so we are really pleased. The work crew for both the ground work and the resin were both efficient and tidy and really nice guys.

I was really impressed by the Hemel Team led by Andy. I had had a resin path installed a year previously, that was poorly done, with uneven levels and cracks which appeared within a week. I finally got a pay-out from the contractors after taking out a small claim against them. My experience with Andy and his team could not have been more different.
They clearly knew what they were doing and were professional and on time. A team of four worked without stopping until the path was ready and it really has been a transformation compared to how it looked. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and team, they are amazing.

The ground crew started work after we had had floods of water from a storm! They were unfazed, highly professional, dedicated workers. As a pair of “elderly” ladies they kindly moved heavy objects and always tidied up after themselves, we could not fault them.
The Oltco crew were just as efficient, helpful, fast and dedicated to their profession.
There is absolutely nothing negative that we can say and we would definitely recommend their services.

Great communication from start to finish and the product is great. We had a patio at the front on the bungalow in Perran looks great. At the back the steps from the conservatory which are rounded also in Perran and they really set of the conservatory down to the next Patio and Garden.
