The only problem I had was at the greet when I got Rhodes greet I give in my name was told no he wasn't waiting for me which was very worrisome took good 15 mins for me to get it sorted
I was very concerned about my ferry
My hotel was amazing they really look after you I'd give them 5 star plus

We’ve used Olympic many times. There was a problem on arrival as our hotel hadn’t opened for the season on time. The alternative was miles out of town but within a day the Olympic manager relocated us to a great place right where we wanted and compensated us for our trouble. All the ferry/airport/hotel transfers worked seamlessly. So an unexpected problem, it’s Greece, things don’t always go to plan, but a brilliant service recovery that gave us a very enjoyable stay.
We have no hesitation in using Olympic for a future Greek Island stay.

I had a problem with my booking not processing, however when I rang customer services they were very helpful and we got it all sorted quickly without any further problems, thanks to Shelley from reservations calling to back to confirm all the details.

I have used olympic many times and find them very helpful.

During the process of planning our holiday with Olympic Holidays, I was pleased and surprised to have a designated contact with the company. Shelley efficiently made the request changes and was a delight to deal with. When finalising our holiday we had no trouble contacting Shelley and she made the process both easy and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending Olympic Holidays.

In the first instance my booking went wrong because of an unfortunate interruption to my internet connection at the moment I sent payment, meaning that my deposit had been sent but I had no confirmation email. So, I phoned Olympic Holidays to get the situation resolved. Shelley from the Reservations team, who took my call, was friendly and efficient. Shelley sorted everything out, confirming my holiday details and sending my booking confirmation minutes later.

Communication was impeccable everything ran so smoothly from private transfer to any question or query’s I had they answered them very promptly. Lovely and friendly and would 100% recommend this company and would certainly use again.

Gavin was very patient and worked to find exactly what we wanted after some changes. He even re thought dates after part of the journey became unavailable.
He recommended alternative accommodation too from other pleased customers.

Have just returned from a 10 day island hopping holiday of a lifetime with Olympic holidays. As a solo traveller I was slightly nervous but neednt have been. Jennie and her team were so helpful and each part was meticulously planned. The hotels were all beautiful, the transfers and ferries ran smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better holiday, thank you.

Gavin made everything easy even securing a firm booking for a ground floor studio eith the rep and property oweners, something you can normally not guarantee

We have been using Olympic Holidays for many years and have found them excellent - you get exactly what it says on the tin! Additionally, some years ago with had an issue (medical) with a family member whilst we were on holiday with Olympic Holidays and they bent over backwards to aid us getting back to UK (at our request).

Tanja was very friendly and helpful in booking my trip. She was very punctual with calls and prompt with emails Thank you.

REVIEW:
The hotel is actually amazing I (or my guests) have never been to such an amazing hotel! The staff, the food, the service is impeccable!
I have not had 1 bad word to say about anything!
1 couple was unhappy with their room (as it was smaller than everyone else’s 🙈, however hotel happily swapped them to a different one the next day as there was rooms free!)
•The wedding-
The wedding teams are amazing! Vanessa helped us plan everything, We then had Polly meet us on our pre wedding meeting at the beginning of our holiday to go over everything and give us a tour of everywhere on the grounds she was very helpful, down to earth and so so easy to talk to. In this meeting there was 2 other ladies that met with us (Sharon and Nadine) they all know exactly what they’re doing! They go over everything- from the forms I’d already filled in prior- to the new information I hadn’t gave: for example (who walked first down aisle and in what order, How many seats we kept at the front etc)
They definitely know what they’re doing so trust them for sure!

I brought my own table plan with easel, name cards, table favours, cake toppers, fans/confetti for ceremony chairs, and kids activity packs. All I had to do was take it down to the onsite wedding shop (I just had them all in carrier bags) and they set up everything for me on the day.
(The only thing I would of done is maybe set up how I wanted the favours at home and maybe took a picture and printed so they could see how I’d of wanted it, so it wasn’t quite how I imagined it however it still looked incredible and it was not the end of the world to me)

I am an easily pleased chill person so I probably did make their life easy too. However you just tell them what you want and it’s sorted.

They got 1 thing wrong however it was partly my fault aswel so I do not blame the coordinators as it’s an easy mistake made but can be sorted by many (if needed)
On my top table we had wrote names of where people were sitting and printed it for them however on my name cards I had wrote (mum of bride, father of groom, step mother of bride, and so on!)
They had seated my split parents together and my step parents together
However once I’d got to the seat I just said you guys need to swap 😂 they were fine with it either way however I knew they’d enjoy their night more if they were sitting next to their partner not their ex partner 😂
We had a 3pm ceremony and then cocktail room in the white orchid and the whole day did feel abit rushed so I’m really glad we did not book the wedding bus (however that’s my opinion and I know others say it was a highlight)

•Hair craft (salon on site)
We had a 3pm ceremony so the 4 bridesmaids, my mum and step mum was booked in for 11 for hair and make up.
I had to go down for 12 as they done my hair last.
I didn’t get my make up done with the salon only because my close friend is a beautician and does wedding make up for a living, however if she wasn’t with me I would of booked in with them.
All the girls loved their hair and make up and it stayed on all day! (Both looked amazing still by the end of the night)
The girls in the salon are so friendly and you can just tell them how you like it.
I just paid cash on the day.
•Emperatriz
Decor looked amazing! We done everything separate and not book a package only because we wanted somethings and not others, it came to roughly the same price as a package anyway. So if I had liked a full package for easiness I would have definitely just done this as the brochure I found abit outdated and hard to look through.
•Food
Absolutely insane food! We swapped lamp chops for chicken tenders (as we have a few fussy eaters and thought chicken tenders are an all rounder) however I think these were an absolute food highlight for everyone. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about them.
So delicious and there was definitely enough! If anything a lot definitely got wasted.
•Cake
We had a standard white bliss cake that we got in our package (I’m glad we didn’t spend the money on upgrading as people weren’t too bothered about eating it)
It was Victoria sponge and so delicious.
It was served out on the buffet of an evening so I imagine a lot got wasted.
I ordered a personalised cake topper and flowers from Shein and the wedding people put them on the cake for the day took.
Added extras that we loved and would recommend!

From booking our holiday to arriving home Olympic Holidays were first class in keeping us informed of everything we required for our holidays. Having travelled with Olympic over many years I never expected anything different. Joanne our Olympic rep informed us by text before we left for our holiday all information and any questions, and meet the rep and her contact number. On our arrival at Heraklion to go to desk 23 outside the airport and meet the Olympic rep and our taxi for our transfer to our hotel, excellent transfer. The hotel, Ariadne Beach in Stalis, is a well run family owned hotel by the beach. You are treated like family for the length of your holiday and made to feel very welcome. The rooms are excellent and all the staff are brilliant. Our return taxi pick up time was given by text from Joanne and email to the hotel, the pick up was well on time and the transfer excellent. Will continue to use Olympic.

Tanja Pisic helped me through an Island hopping booking for my client which had multiple changes to it as we went along. She made the whole process very smooth and was always contactable either by phone or email and was very quick to respond. Her telephone manner is delightful and I cannot wait to work with her again! Such a pleasure :)

Not travelled yet but thought i would review my experience with Olympic holidays call centre.
I have to say, I was very impressed with Gavin (call operator) who made the booking both very clear and easy. Ten out of Ten goes to him..maybe 5 stars as well 👍

I made an inquiry for a multiple venue holiday. Tanja had the detailed quote ready in no time. I then increased the number of travellers and the requote was no problem. All hotels, many transfers and ferry prices were all included and when I booked, the hidden charges of local hotel taxes were fully explained. Great service

Just booked Greek Island Hopping holiday through Olympic, Tanja Pisic was absolutely amazing, patient and on the ball with responses to questions, etc.
