I started with Omni before 09/25/2020. At the time I owed IRS over 60K I needed help. I called Omni, and they committed to helping me get out of this. I paid over $4000.00 for their help. Come 02/02/2021 they did absolutely nothing. They didn't get lien off my house, I owe over 80K to IRS now, and have no idea what they did for me, I am far worse off than I was when I signed up with them. They blamed Covid for their inability to get anything done. Then they closed my case on 02/02/2021 after not making 1 thing better for me. I would not ever recommend this company to assist anybody, and if I can find their information on the BBB I will report them there as well. Save yourself some heartache I wish I would have and find somebody else to help you. Mary Hannah- Nester is is only in this to get paid not to assist in customer issues. She explained to me that due to Covid they haven't been able to communicate with IRS like normal. Well that is not my fault, I believe due to my complaints, she closed our file, and left us in a far worse state than we were when we started. I now owe over 80K to IRS, my home still has a lien. And my personal Stress over this is worse than ever before. Find some other company to help you.

I owed the IRS $95,000 after working with a dishonest, wholly unethical tax preparer. I was so depressed and didn't know what to do! I reached out to one particular person, who claimed they could help me. Unfortunately, I trusted the wrong person yet again. I paid them $1,200 to secure their help, and they told me they took care of everything. That was false. I continued to receive IRS notices in the mail and adverts from other companies that claimed they could help me. That person had not taken care of everything as promised despite taking my money. Still desperate yet hopeful, I contacted one of the companies that I saw advertised on TV. What a disaster! They took $300 from my checking account for six months but did absolutely nothing to help me. When I would call to inquire about my situation's status, they were incredibly nasty and uncooperative. They would not answer any of the questions I posed to them. Unfortunately, many businesses take advantage of older people and people desperate to resolve their tax issues—not Omni. I was hesitant after all I'd been through, but Jace had an authentic disposition about him. Omni was a Godsend. They were both professional and kind. Furthermore, they were reliable. We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do. I always had updates/communication with Crystal and/or Jennifer and they were tenacious when COVID unexpectedly delayed the process.
Overall, I would say that unless you are an expert in this area, you need guidance in uncharted waters when dealing with the IRS. Omni can help!
