I started 1:1 diet with enthusiasm and full of hope. All was going well and I lost 2stones. I placed an order for food through my consultant, food never arrived. When I contacted my consultant she said that the Post Office had backlog that the order would arrive in a couple of days. To cut a long story short, food never arrived, no contingency plan for me to continue my dieting. It took 6weeks before my consultant reacted and by then I had started putting the weight back on. That was how my dieting ended, no money was refunded neither was food supplied. All my effort and money went to waste. When I complained, nothing was done. Solicitor told me that I was treated in that manner because there was no contract in place, so be careful. ASK FOR A CONTRACT

The personal support I received from my consultants was 2nd to none! I did the work, but would not have succeeded without their support. I also found the products sustained me, I didn’t feel hungry while on plan, although I did have to fight the cravings!

It was very challenging. For so many years had been consuming lots of ultra processed foods. Which was over 2,000 calories a day. it’s difficult to change the mind set in regards, to denying yourself the pleasures of eating that which is wrong and staying on the path of eating 600 calories a day. I was extremely weak and lost a lot of hair and muscle.in transforming your body, it takes serious self discipline, dedication and determination to see it through. I seriously believe, a lot has to be done with the food industry to reduce obesity in our society.

The experience itself is amazing as seeing the weight drop.off busts confidence and clothes start to fit better.it is easy to follow aswell as having many options when it comes to product range. I would definitely recommend it to others. The step up stages make it easy to follow and understand. The aap is an amazing addition with lots of tips and tricks to use.

There is not many ready made hallal options in the step up meals. There needs to be more options in the ready made shakes. A lighter chocolate option would be nice in the ready made shake.

The 1:1 Diet gave me great results. Having a weekly meeting with my consultant was the key. Tasty filling products with the bonus of no shopping and little washing up.

I found it easy to stick to and lost 3 stone, it was easier if you have a visit to your consultant definitely!

I have lost 3 stones with the 1.1 plan. The journey took me from January until May of 2024! I have lost weight before with a Slimming club so I didn’t really have the support of a consultant on the 1.1 plan.
I just used my own motivation to want be lighter and feel healthier and look better.
It works if you follow it, no excuses no time off just get the job done.

Always found the Cambridge diet easy to follow and its healthy. I knew i was getting the correct vitamins without having to think about it planning foods, its all there and done for me

I found the diet to be great for a holiday or special event. It is not an easy diet and once you lose the weight - it goes back on really quickly. It makes you feel inadequate that you can’t stick to it when others can. Having a Consultant is fine but at the end of the day you have to diet on your own.

Tryed all diets with out success,till I did the one -one diet lost 8stone which I very proud of .knowing my
Inside parts are all very well .And I am very heathy don’t get every day sickness.all I can say is I am very pleased with the results I have achieved .

The Cambridge diet allowed me to lose 4 stone in 3 months. I also got my Diabetes under control. The support was amazing and the information given made me realise where I was going wrong. I would recommend to anyone.
