I’ve been a customer for a few years, but the quality and sizing of the items I recently received were nothing like what this company used to offer. The fabric felt cheap, the sizing was way off, and worst of all, it took over a month just to receive the package.

When I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer a refund OR exchange because I used a 15% off discount code, and gave no explanation for the long shipping delay. I've seen their refund & exchange policy change on their website multiple times. This company has gone completely downhill and I won’t be ordering from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE. THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

The swimsuit I purchased did not fit correctly, so I worked with them to return the product. I paid for the return label. Once the product delivered back to them, I was told it would take 30 days to receive a refund. First off, there is no reason it should take 30 days to issue a refund. However, I just set a reminder to follow up in 30 days. There was no refund processed after 30 days. There was no refund process after 40 days. This is a seller that hopes you forget to check for the refund and keeps your money. I followed up with them after 45 days and they said the refund will be issued “this week”. Again, no reason for a delay. Extremely disappointing. A scam.

I ordered 6 pieces from this company in April 2025. I returned them less than two weeks later and still haven’t received a refund. They have a 30 day return policy which I met. Also if you spend $75 plus then you can return for free. They originally wrote back saying I missed the return window when it had only been a week since receiving the order, then they came back and said they must have made a mistake. Then they tried to say I had to pay to return which wasn’t true based on their $75 free return limit. This company has offered me exchange and store credit even though I wrote back multiple times that I just wanted a refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I’m concerned this is a fraudulent company that is trying to keep my money. I will be taking further action against them as this isn’t right and I wouldnt want this to happen to someone else.

***SCAM*** I ordered items in several sizes as I wasn't sure what would fit. I returned the items immediately, and requested a refund. It has been well over 30 days, and they have still not issued my refund. The customer service I am emailing with is giving me vary vague responses on why they will not issue my refund. They have received the product I returned and now will not issue my refund. They are keeping my money and now reading other reviews, it sounds like many o9thers are having this exact same issue..... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY

Like most people here I made a return on an order and two months in have not received a refund.

Updated: I reported them to the BBB and the FTC and sent proof to their email and got my refund the next day. I suggest anyone still waiting on their refund do the same!

Awful experience. Took over a month to arrive, and the quality is terrible!!! The sizing is laughable. DO NOT BUY

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I ordered 5 tops for my daughter in the same size, as she needed them in a timely manner for camp. They were slightly on sale (like 30%) but said nothing about not being returnable or even exchangeable. Well, that's how they play - any discount, and your item is not returnable or exchangeable in any way - it's just yours forever. I tried communicating with them to at least exchange for a different size in hope that would work - nope. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS A SCAM. And, shocker, they are incredibly rude in their communication too.

I loathe one one swimwear at this point! I ordered a bikini from them and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered my size accordingly to their chart based on measurements. It was the most ill fitting bikini I’ve ever purchased! Way too tight in the bust and loose underbust band. The bottoms were squishing my hips creating a muffin top and then baggy in the middle of the butt. I opted to return the swimsuit as they mention they have free returns. They tried several times getting me to exchange it, and I was not interested in doing so as the sizing was way off to start with! They finally sent me a return label so I sent it off right away. That was on May 7th. I kept the tacking receipt and confirmed they received my perfectly new unworn with tags attached bikini. It’s now June 13th and I have yet to receive a refund claiming delays in processing returns etc. I sent several emails on the matter and they have kept giving me excuse and run around responses! In the end I have had to dispute the transaction with my credit card. There are several other reputable swimwear companies that uphold their end of the bargain and have great service, unfortunately one one is not one of them! Spend your money elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs!

The suits are really cute, and unique! HOWEVER I ordered these and at the time of ordering the shipping date was well before a trip I had planned with at least an extra week's buffer from their estimate. As the trip got closer and no shipping updates were given I contacted customer service. I was told the suits could be shipped to my destination but they couldn't guarantee it would arrive before I left my destination so they finally shipped it to my house. Of course it arrived while I was on vacation. Because of the delay they did offer me a small discount option, supposedly on the suits I was keeping or a larger discount to buy more in the future. The discount on the suits I kept was never distributed. I always double check return policies especially with expensive bathing suits you can't try on in a store.One of the suits did not fit well so I started the process to return it which had issues along the way, but I finally returned it and processed through customer service. They cautioned me it could take 30 days to see the refund. I made a note to check back in after that time and CONTINUALLY got a run around about "External factors causing delays" WHAT?? They couldn't explain what factors those were and were continually vague about it. I got to the point where I said I would have to report a claim with the credit processor to get my money back then and then oh, suddenly the refund came through. It was not the full amount I should have received since I was promised a discount for the delay initially but I want to be done with this company and these terrible runarounds. Such a disappointment, really wanted to love these.

While I love the suit, I ordered multiple of the same in various cuts to try out under the impression given the bold font all over the website that there are FREE returns, only to find out they won’t honor it for discounted items (which is the entire website). Nowhere on my order did it say anything to this end. Customer service is horribly unhelpful. Really disgusted with this brand trying to deceive customers.

I placed a large order in April because I have an unusual body type and was unsure of fit and sizing. I returned on April 21 and saw that the return was received at their return facility on April 29. I have yet to receive confirmation of that return or a refund. I've reached out to support a couple times and gotten very vague, confusing replies. I'm deeply worried that it's a scam and they're trying to keep my money.

I'll update this if I do receive my refund.

The sizing of the top I received was nowhere near a Large. The quality of the suit was nice but the reviews saying the suits are true to size is confusing. I purchased a crop top tri color Elodie suit from Free People and I could barely get the top on. I'm 5'1 113 pounds 34 C. I buy all of my other tops in Large and most are a little roomy. This one felt like it was cutting off circulation to my arms, my throat and my ribs.

Pros: Fabric seems to be good quality. Sizing is true to size. Swimsuit shipped out and arrived within a week of purchase.

Cons: Swimsuit construction was mid. The removable cups in the bathing suit top were removable only on one side (the other side was sewn shut).

Returns process needs work. When I went to request a return (via email only), it took 2 business days for a return link and then another 2 days for them to send you a label. I was upset to find out once they received my return that it takes a full 30 business days for the money to be issued back to my card which is actually insane. It seems scummy when the industry standard being 5-10 business days for a refund.

Great company, fast shipping, great quality bikinis and EXTREMELY comfortable! The straps are somehow both stretchy and supportive and almost feel padded so they never dig in. Love oneone!

The website says deliveries can take up to 20 days, but my bathing suit still hadn't been shipped by day 20, so I reached out to customer service to cancel and request a refund. They agreed to cancel pretty quickly, asked if I wanted a discount on the next item instead--no thanks, just refund me the full amount. They agreed. 18 days roll on by, no refund. I've emailed them every couple of weeks to check in on the refund progress, and they say it'll be issued "very soon" each time. Come on, man. This is bad business.

I will be reaching out to my bank very soon for a chargeback and regret not researching this company more before buying. They have a host of complaints with the BBB.

My girlfriend saw this Bikini she wanted on instagram. I went on the website and ordered it for her birthday. The item said it was IN STOCK, they instantly printed the label after purchase. Did not send for a week, I asked why and they said they need to create the bikini. Birthday has been missed and now after reading these replies on here I am worried I just lost 100£. I have sent them an email saying if they cannot confirm a date of dispatch I want a refund due to false advertising of the product being in stock. 100£ is a lot of money for me and I decided to pay for this present, now I am just worrying about loosing the money...

SCAM! Ordered $344 worth of swimsuits on February 28. They were terrible quality so I sent them back. They kept the money and never refunded — sent dozens of emails. They said they didn’t know where the refund was or when it would be sent.

First off, AMAZING is the best word to describe my experience. Second, I am confused on some of the reviews on here. I see several people talk about lack of customer service communication and poor turnaround times. I ordered several items 04/23/2025 (late PM) and received my items 04/28/2025 (early AM via FedEx). The company shipped 04/24/2025 with tracking unavailable until 04/25/2025. The items shipped from Colombia, South America to Florida, USA in 5 days (keep in mind, 2 of the days are weekends/non-business days). I was worried I would not get my items in time once I saw the company is based in Colombia so I emailed the customer service email asking about turnaround time and got a response the same day stating I will have my items within a few days. Third, the quality is great. The material is thick but not to the point where it will bunch up and become unflattering when wet or if you want to have more of a micro thong look. The colors are extremely vibrant and their pattern selection was top notch. One of my sets even came with a hair scrunchie that matched (not advertised on the website). Every item I ordered was adjustable which was great. I can say the bottoms are true to size and some of the tops fit a tad snug and I am flat chested. I can wear the small but would size up to a medium in the future since I like a more full coverage fit to my tops. Each item is stretchy and the seams do not dig in whatsoever. I will 100% order from them again.

Love this bikini! Flattering and comfortable. Would def buy again.

SCAM!! my initial purchase took 20 days to ship out, I returned some bottoms to exchange and USPS said the package got delivered back to them but they claim they don't have it and I cannot get a refund since they don't have the package. DO NOT PURCHASE!
