Scam casino. Withdrawal of €5000 ended up being refused as id apparently breached the terms and conditions. Now I’m noticing that random amounts are trying to come out my bank but luckily I have frozen the card and they’ve taken nothing. Money to hair salons and tax companies trying to now come out my bank! Do not go near this casino! Hard lesson learnt for me!

They won't pay out my 1000 pounds win because they say I breached betting rules. Looking at all the reviews on here it looks like I am not alone. Surely they can't get away with this. Happy to take my deposits though

Scammers. Like the rest, I won money quite fairly, not a lot, and tried to w/d. I jumped through their hoops, and even deposited more money according to their Ts and Cs. Provided all the ID which was accepted. Then, they tell me on Chat and emails that the money is on its way, but guess what, never received. Sound all nice and helpful, but they obviously do not intend to pay out. DO NOT DEPOSIT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Made up some rubbish about i didn't fulfill my bonus wagering requirements, even though I didn't get anywhere near using the bonus money . Managed to win 270 about 200 up tried to withdraw , give all details then received email saying that I didn't fulfil wagering requirements and took all the money I'd won out of my account. This is the time line of my disappointed evening with onespin casino.

Read the terms and of course had to wager €4000 or so just to be in a position to get ahead!
Spent the evening back and forth between slots and tables with varying success.
On more than one occasion I had big wins on blackjack without my balance being updated.
Contacted chat to explain
Mostly the person in the "help" department just ignored me then eventually said they would report it to the technical department.
Played more slots and tables and eventually got to a point where I'd met the requirements and decided to cut and run.
Normally you get withdrawal paid to the card you deposited with.. (Not an option) had to give bank account details for a bank transfer.
Surprise surprise another technical error server problem.
Contacted technical department and shock horror it was the same guy from earlier who was to pass my failed winnings to the technical department.
Obviously I had no real confidence in ever seeing these winnings but continued to restore my cookies and withdraw again.
Finally success.
Or not as next day an email saying withdrawal declined as I was not allowed to wager on slots and tables I had to stay with one or the other.
