In my opinion this has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Excuse after excuse and fobbed off with magically disappearing emails when trying to get a legitimate refund.
Please think very carefully before using this company.

Order from November 10th, 4 or 5 Pantone mugs, paid 85 pounds, no info for over 3 weeks. I've send an email enquiring what's going on, no reply. Called them a couple days later, not picking the phone. Called me back later the same day, saying order has been dispatched. Days later, surprise surprise - still no delivery. Avoid.
Edit: Order delivered a day or two after I contacted paypal asking to get my money back, all products as ordered.

Ordered RAL colour products from One Stop Colour Shop on various occasions for projects I have worked on. The team have always been very helpful and provided a great service

Great products and service. Mugs were delivered quick and were packaged well. I contacted them before placing my order to ask a few questions and recieved great communication.

Paid for 10 mugs to be delivered, 4 months later no mugs and Andre will not answer calls or emails. I have not even recieved a tracking number and now they are completely ignoring us. I have spent substantial amount of time chasing up to absolutely no end. They have stolen 250GBP from me, in this economical climate it's utterly disgusting behaviour.

AVOID ANDRE and ONESTOPCOLOURSHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Hopefully someone reads this and doesn't get ripped off in the same way.

Not only were the products top quality they arrived on time and exactly as advertised. The customer service was 10/10. Already planning to use for Xmas prezzies! I purchased the kettle, 4 mugs and place mats :)

As others have said - slow delivery and unresponsive to emails therefore making return policy a joke

I ordered a product by mistake and have tried emailing and calling to request a refund code as per their refund policy on their website. Have had no response. Also my order took a long time to arrive in the first place to which they advised that this was lost in the post. Very poor service and wouldn’t use this company again

Email query answered very quickly. I placed web order on Friday and colour samples and fandeck arrived on Tuesday (I paid express). Good service.

Bought 5 mugs off this shop on eBay returned them for a refund as per their return policy, haven't received a refund despite repeated correspondence with them and providing proof of postage and delivery. They have also managed to remove the negative feedback I put on eBay so no trace of their poor service on ebay

Purchased a coffee pot and mug from this company on 24 January 2022; received both items promptly enough, but the coffee pot was of very poor build quality and I wanted to return it, unused and in its original packaging. Here's the timeline:

3 Feb - requested return, no response
9 Feb - requested return again, no response
18 Feb - finally received return authorisation code after multiple voicemails chasing
22 Feb - returned the item

... then total radio silence for a month. After numerous email chases, voicemails, and a threat to go legal I finally received a response on 30 March - over TWO MONTHS later - saying that my money had been refunded.

But guess what? It hadn't. Chased again by phone for another month and finally got through on 21 April, where I spoke to a spectacularly rude man who said the refund had been done at their end - but couldn't confirm to which card (?) - and brushed me off, eventually hanging up on me.

I still don't have my refund and will have to go to small claims court over it because they appear to be hoping I'll just go away if they ignore it long enough.

The products are of a sort you can get from lots of different shops, I would suggest avoiding this company as they are not only shambolic but also dishonest.

Ordered a mug 11 months ago and it never arrived. Tried to contact the company multiple time via email to find out what happened and they never replied. Just lost £20. Plan to contact Trading Standards.

My experience ordering from One Stop Colour Shop was great I placed two orders and each time the mugs arrived without any delays or issues and brilliantly packed. I intend to order from them again soon. I also spoke to them before placing my order and they were very helpful.

One of my mugs arrived cracked. They cost £16 so I asked for a refund. 5 emails later and no reply and no refund

Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered 3 pantone mugs and decided to return two of them in March 2019. They denied ever receiving them back and now I can't get a refund from Royal Mail because it's over 60 days.

Tried phoning them. They said to email instead. So, I emailed them and got no response. Shockingly bad company. I'll never buy from them again and advise you to steer clear of these crooks.

Have ordered a Pantone Universe W2 Espresso Cup set of 6 Yellow and Greens. Ordered placed on 22nd May, am still awaiting delivery, numerous calls to the Phone Number on website take me to a Vodafone Voicemail that is never responded to, numerous emails to customer support are not replied to.....

I've ordered a colour swatch from these people over a week ago (5th April) and there's no notification that it's been processed or the item despatched. At the time of order it was listed as being in stock. They need to improve their service levels.

I've also a problem with the accounting aspects. At the time of order they've charged VAT, yet they've not responded to my request for their VAT registration number. On their web site Terms and Conditions the say they are not registered for VAT. If I do not have a proper VAT invoice/receipt my company cannot reclaim VAT, even if the goods arrive some time.

Edit 16/4/19: No response to emails and phone calls; phone calls to their landline roll over to mobile phone voice mail.
17/4/19: We finally received the goods, but no communication from AP Trading (trading as One Stop Colour Shop) in response to our queries. A VAT invoice was enclosed in the package with a valid VAT number. So my opinion is they supply the goods eventually, but don't expect too much in terms of communications. This can be a problem if you are working to a deadline.
