Was quick delivery..product works well although the mouth piece gets uncomfortably hot when heat is turned up...the aura vape.

My order was received, dispatched and delivered in a timely manner, from the 11th of September to the 14th, but the pipe I purchased had cosmetic damage on the bowl, one large jagged crack down the front, and one across the top. The damage was significant enough to discourage me from using it in the hopes I would be able to simply email them through their 'service at onlinesmoke.com' to make a request for refund or replacement. Attached to the email was the product code, my order number, and images of the damage. This was two weeks ago on the same day the item was delivered, and I have heard nothing back from Online Smoke. If anybody from Online Smoke is reading this, please help me out here!

Ordered a Beatles coffee mug on 28 June as a birthday present that was advertised on their website. As it got closer to the birthday and I had not received it I emailed them. Received a reply claiming that they had emailed me earlier to say that they no longer sell gifts due to breakages when posting (I did not receive that email) and would I like to choose something else. I replied on 9 July saying that was all I wanted and to please refund my money. I also suggested they update their website. Despite repeated emails and telephone calls (no answer) have not received the refund. Amount involved is only $24.91 but it's the fact that they are ignoring me that is annoying. Maybe they are trying out their bongs too much.

Disgusting. Didn't have item in stock so offered a refund. Had to argue to get my refund as they said they were to busy to do it weeks later. I received part of my order That was in stock and was still missing an item they said was in stock which I emailed them about and they have ignored that. I've purchased from them multiple times and so have my family and this crap and now cost them alot of money from regular buyers. I'm now out cash for an item I didn't get after them bullshttin me around and idc if it's a small amount, it's my money.

Got one twice the size of my last one at a good price. Just fits in my bag too. It's a much better smoke as water doesn't bubble up near you. More enjoyable using this one.
