I had a question about the dimensions…
I had a question about the dimensions of the product, but it was too late for them to contact the manufacturer. They promised to do it first thing Monday morning which they did and rang me straight away. Placed my order and it arrived 10 days later, communication throughout was fantastic and would use them again😁

Disappointed with size
Very sturdy piece of furniture, disappointed with the size of the sideboard. In photos it looked larger, after going back on website to see if there had been mistake,took a while to find measurements, it was what I had ordered. Also paying for premium delivery did expect the legs would have been attached.

Small businesses preferred
I prefer to use small businesses where possible and this one is helpful and friendly, a slight problem with the delivery but that was resolved quickly and the items are lovely. If I had one suggestion it would be to show where goods come from, I prefer to buy British but that is not always possible these days but it would help when looking. Would definitely use them again.

Beware Silentnight Miracoil mattresses
I bought beds from this company which have been fine but I also made the mistake of buying Silentnight Miracoil mattresses which have been awful. They literally jiggle every time one of us moves and it's impossible to get a good nights sleep. As a result of us waking each other up all the time we wake up with more aches and pains not fewer. This company does not guarantee to replace these mattresses that do not function as advertised.

The issue you describe — excessive movement and lack of support — is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. Silentnight products usually perform to a high standard, so we understand how disappointing and disruptive this must have been for you.
We would also like to note that, after you reported the problem, we arranged replacements for the mattresses in line with the manufacturer’s procedure. Silentnight sets its own guarantee and inspection requirements, but we always do our best to support our customers through the process, and we are glad we were able to assist in organising the replacements.
Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Delivery unhelpful
The furniture I am very happy with although it took 6months to arrive but the delivery guys just plonked it in my living room refused to take them out the boxes to check them over. Keeping in mind I payed for premium delivery and install, these items was very heavy as there solid units. I am a disabled pensioner and these guy stood there for half an hours phoning there company who said no they only need to deliver boxes to customers and that if there was any damage coming over to UK from India I would have 30 days to return . That’s not all as I have nobody to help me I had to unpack myself which pulled my back and chest so ⭐️ to deliver company and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to onlyoakfurniture

What you described is absolutely not the standard we expect from our delivery partners. You should never have been left to unpack heavy items yourself, particularly as a disabled pensioner. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you. Your wellbeing should always be a priority, and we sincerely apologise that this was not the case.
We will be raising this matter urgently with the delivery company to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We have now started working with a new and much more reliable courier

Side board and dresser Harwell
The delivery lads were brilliant after the first initial response to acknowledgement of order I had to get in touch with the company and it took nearly 3 months for goods to arrive. In other words cummunication wasnt as good as it could have been but I am.delighted with products.

New furniture
We bought 8 pieces of oak furniture from the Harwell range. All items came packed extremely well, everything was in perfect condition. This is the third time we’ve bought from this company and have been completely satisfied with our purchases and the correspondence from the sales team who were very friendly and helpful.

Ordered January...6 months and counting
Ordered sideboard in January. Then informed they were on back order, would be 6-8 weeks.
Then told after 10 weeks they were still on back order would be mid may. Just chased up again and now there are still issues and will probably be 20th July.....
I'm sorry...clowns.
Just another drop ship company with no customer service.

The delays you encountered were caused by unexpected supply chain issues with the manufacturer, which unfortunately affected several orders. We understand how frustrating it is to receive revised dates, and we apologise that this was not communicated more clearly or promptly.
Please be assured we are not a drop-ship company; however, like many retailers, we do work with selected manufacturers whose delays can sometimes impact delivery times. That said, the communication you received should have been handled far better, and we take full responsibility for that.
