Opinion World Singapore provides different types of surveys. Most of them are well constructed. My comments are as follow:
1) Some of them are very long winded and points awarded are miserable.
2) We dot know when would tangible gifts or cash be rewarded.
3) Many times, when the surveys were received, they were already closed.

Most of the surveys were quite interesting.

Their questions in the surveys are clear and easy to understand, and the redeemed rewards always arrive.

Generally, the surveys have a good rewards-to-effort ratio. However, I do find the rewards a bit limited. They tied up with Ticket Max, which seems to have quite a variety of vouchers. However, it's pretty out of touched as compared to other rewards provided by other surveyors (such as Grab rewards, NTUC, Amazon etc). Also Ticket Max uses physical vouchers, which is also pretty out of touch considering quite a bit of shopping is done online now...

OpinionWorld is great but i suggest to have an app and not a website because i would need to always visit google and log in every single time + i dont get much email notifications about surveys, the only way is to log in and press on find a survey and not everytime there is a survey so i won't earn alot of points and i suggest to have more surveys too or probably decrease the amount of points to redeem the giftcard or even get some points if you do not qualify for the survey, like 5 or 10 points. Most of the times i don't get to qualify for the survey is either too many people have taken part in it or not the candidate that they are seeking but at least pls implement a new feature where as when you do not qualify, you get some points. I also suggest more giftcards like steam, Google play, itunes. Hope you could review what i suggested so that you could improve on your survey panel. 😁 Maybe if possible you can message my email so that i know you have sincerely view my feedbacks but if your team is busy, its fine, don't need to reply back but hope you read what i suggested. So far so good with the surveys I've done!..keep up the good work!

I enjoy giving my opinions in your numerous surveys I participated especially on topics like finance, consumerism, social issues and so on. They allow me to keep in touch with current affairs and to a certain extent motivate me to interact more with the social environment to enrich my experiences. The only peeve I have with OW is that sometimes I get shut out and disqualified from the survey after going through part of a survey sometimes. Its frustrating really when you don't know why you are disqualified man! Please do not disqualify because of a participant's elderly age. The older a participant, the more work, industrial or life experience he or she has and hence the more objective his/her feedback. Another instance of disqualification I discover often occurs abruptly after the question on the different types of occupation the participant is engaged in. When you tick off one or two types, the next moment you are disqualified. This will cue a 'smart 'participant to tick the choice NONE OF THE ABOVE in subsequent surveys to stay in the game to gain points. In other words, participants can 'game' the surveys and their feedback generally will not be honest and the survey data distorted. It is not easy to achieve 100% objectivity in survey findings through points award approach. More thoughts should be spent on how to identify a core group of genuine survey participants with the age, industrial, social and life experience to provide you feedback on many social, economic, political and global issues/topics. Other than this annoyance, generally I am happy with OW compared to some other organization's surveys I have participated.

I am happy with Opinion Word. The survey questions and topics are interesting and varied. Questions are well-phrased and gives opportunities to speak your mind.
However, at times it is lagging in choosing a survey to answer.

Really need to include more varied surveys, starting to get a little bore with some of them, especially those of banking and financial products, including insurance, because they seem to be asking the same old questions. And these type of surveys normally will take twice the amount of time to completed than were stated. I really do enjoy those short surveys of other topics though. They are indeed refreshing and interesting. More addition to the rewards would be great. Thanks.
