DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As others have said, I'm wondering if this company is actually a scam. Terms and conditions on the website say glasses will be delivered within 28 days, I'm now at 31 days and communication from them has been poor. At this stage I'm just trying to get a refund but even getting a response is like getting blood from a stone. I've never dealt with a company which clearly has so little regard for customer satisfaction.

If you have a strong prescription, it’s likely that you won’t be satisfied with your prescription glasses because they always tend to fail to align the center of vision properly. Having the center of vision aligned perfectly is critical for those with a strong prescription or else eye diseases could be developed.

I ordered my specs months ago upto now I have not received. When I contacted Optically I was told that it might have got lost in transit wanted me to select another frame . When I told them to cancel my order and refund the money they said it will take about 3-4 days up to now no refund. Very very bad customer service.

After 4 weeks i'm still waiting for my prescription sunglasses, after 2 emails asking for an update, finally advised that they glasses had been broken in the lab and to provide another frame code that i liked.
I responded within 2 hours of receiving the email and still waiting for confirmation or a reply to my email.After 4 weeks of ordering and paying for my glasses still nothing. Really disappointed, would not recommend.

Do not trust this company for special offers. They use bait and switch, change their website to conceal 48 hour dispatch guarantee after order then email you 4 days later to say the frames arrived damaged (hello, I ordered 3 pairs and got the same email for all orders) and you will have to choose something else. Despite claiming to be an NZ business I got a call from the UK after making noise. Money was taken from my account straightaway but they say it takes up to 5 days for a refund. Totally untrustworthy

My first two orders was excellent, quick processing and fast delivery. Good quality glasses.

That said, my last order was off the chart bad.
Total lack of communication, a consistent push to upsell me to the lighter but stronger lenses. Then the excessive processing and delivery time. End product was still very good, not sure why they wanted me to go for the more expensive option.

I ordered a pair of glasses and they arrived with the wrong prescription after a few phone calls I was able to get my money back and they were very nice about that .

Products brilliant, my reglaze was excellent. The process was a little delayed but probably just down to being Christmas / new year kind of time. I did get contact but not to all my enquiries.
Overall a great experience just a need to keep up with customer queries when deliveries were a bit delayed. Don’t be put off by that, I am about to have another pair reglazed with reaction lenses, like I say products great. Thank you and look forward to my next purchase

My order arrived very quickly and I was very pleased with both quality and price.

Nothing to complain about, really - my prescription glasses were made relatively quickly, with minimum fuss, and shipped pretty quickly too. Good quality for the price (albeit a hinge has gone a bit loose after about a year and a bit of regular use), and they work all right as far as I'm concerned.

Have ordered two prescription glasses. One was rimless with blue rims. The other order was after a gap of few months- wafer shaped prescription glasses. Both the orders were delivered safely & no damge to glassses. Glasses were precisely cut into frames & looked great. Frame quality is also good as have been using them for over 6 months & no issues. Will definitely conintue to buy from Optically & would recommend to everyone. Big Thumbs Up!!!

I bought two pairs of glasses, and was very satisfied with the product and the delivery time was as I expected. Never having purchased online before.

I got my glasses re-lensed through optically and was very satisfied with the experience. Since it was a re lens, I had to send my glasses in. I was provided with a barcode to print off and include in my glasses case. Every step of the process I was kept informed of what was happening and given an updated eta. Overall I was very happy with the process and the speed.

Price wise, fully upgraded lenses with anti scratch, anti glare and transition lenses cost the same as a standard re lens at the optometrist. I honestly couldn't be happier.

The glasses I have brought have been excellent and no complaints in that department! The reason for 3 stars is the sheer amount of advertising emails borders on spamming. One email a week with weekly specials would more than suffice!

There was a lack of communication, but the glasses arrived. The lenses were excellent, the frames excellent.
