The website was easy to navigate and the details are accurate for almost all items we’ve ordered. Products are of good quality and the variation are nice too. Fast delivery for most items too. Customer service is good as well for aftersales.

The quality is usually always great! But I just bought 6 tipped collar shirts and washed them on gentle … they came out so wrinkled it was crazy I did dry them a little on low to get a few out ! But I was very surprised because all his other shirts wash great . The shipping is always great , although I wish it was cheaper. All in all a great company

My experience with Original Penguin has been nothing short of great. At this point, my closet is basically all Original Penguin. I have 62 golf polos in just about every color, along with pants and shorts in every color, quarter zips, jackets, rain gear, and even a Martini Pete driver headcover. I keep coming back because the fit, quality, comfort, and style are consistently excellent. It’s easily become my favorite golf apparel brand, both on and off the course.

The delivery was easy and website was very easy to use.

The only negative was I ordered 2 shirts that got refunded, I then reordered them a few weeks later and they were refunded again.

Clothing is super comfortable and great styles available.

I can allways find my size, the problem Is that I want the purchase delivered un one package (because it ships to a PO box) yo reduce the cost of sending de ítems to Colombia. They told me that's not posible.

I love the clothing, my favorite brand! Free shipping makes it worth the purchase too.

The company notifies my about new merchandise. It also regularly notifies me of sales and end of season deals. Shipping is often free for a reasonable minimum purchase which I like. I have always found the quality of the clothing to be very good.

The prices of the products but I hope that the description better describes the fit of some items like the shirts. To explain if it's regular or slim fit. Some times have it but some don't have it

Search and filter features work well … sometimes I wish it loaded with a certain number of items per page instead of infinite scrolling. Checkout is super easy. Always a fan of the retro style.

Site is good and big fan of the product. But process gaps exist. Eg. On my reject purchase, I asked whether you can match the price of your product from your sister site(golfapparel.com).for simple price match , they suggested to return the entire order!

I have about 10 penguin shirts. Great fit. Doesn’t shrink. Buy them.
