I would give no stars if it’s an option I paid for pants three months ago they’re still advertising these jeans for sale and they still have not refunded me my money or gave me my product they just stole my money I would not buy a thing from these guys. You will be so mad if you buy one thing from them. On top of that I got a shirt their product sucks. I’m gonna be taking them to small claim court I say we do a class-action lawsuit against these guys they’ve scam so many people we would qualify .

I ordered a pair of shoes back on September 5
They were the oro kris Jodphur boots , it’s been three months going into four. I still have not received my product. I paid full price for these shoes that I have yet to receive and whoever Katie is offered me to exchange with shoes that are currently on sale. I want the product that I bought they are still available on the website, This is ridiculous.

Customer service is terrible. Or actually non existent. Placed an order and haven't received an update on where my order stands for more than 10 days now.

They do not answer emails or on social media, and the phone number they provide doesn't exist (literally).

Be very careful.

There is no customer service. Telephone contact on web site is a disconnected number. Emails take at least a week for a “non” response. They do not follow their own policies regarding cancellation, refunds, communication just to name a few. And they are arrogant about it.

Customer service is awful. Late to respond. Orders don’t get placed right away and impossible to check the status of orders.

Same experience as the other people here! Placed an order that said it would "ship in 3-5 days"; after nearly I month I got a little concerned and contacted them. They took forever to respond and then were very vague about when I could expect my item. Then they stopped responding. Huge red flag. Will be reporting them to CC company. Shame because I love their clothes but they clearly use the designs to rip people off. STAY AWAY!!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered the Python Blum boots on May 31, and it is October 29, and nothing, no boots. They had the nerve to give me a 30-dollar store credit to a store that doesn't ship items. Then, to top that, the customer service number is disconnected.

It's been approaching 3 months and I haven't received a single order (from ordering twice from this company.)

Customer service has stopped responding to me. Incredibly disappointing experience. I have to go to my bank now to request the fraudulent charges reversed. I'm done with this company.

Nothing about joining the "Oro" family has been pleasant. Instead I have been met with lies, delays and false expectations as to when my order that was placed 10 months ago will arrive at my door stop. I honestly say that I've never had a purchasing experience as bad as this one. From the automated messages to the numerous lies about the status of my order, this company truly fees like a scam.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes I wanted to take with me on a trip, which the website said would be delivered in 5 days. 2 weeks later when I returned from my trip the shoes had still not arrived, so I called and emailed to cancel my order and receive a refund. It is now October, and the 500 dollars still has not been refunded to my account.

Do not order from this company. I will be reporting them to my credit card company shortly.

What a scam im soo disappointed its been months never received my order to think i sacrificed just to get that shoe cause my partner wanted it soo bad

I, like many other people on here are reporting, never received my order. The phone number they provide to credit card companies is fake. This site is a scam. If you ordered from them and did not receive your order you can try to dispute that charge with the credit card company or bank that you used to place the order.

This is a Scam of a company. Please guys do not order from them. I ordered a shirt for the past 10 weeks and I even paid for 3 day express delivery and till now, I did not receive the shirt or refund. They wouldn't return calls or reply emails. Please, avoid them.

The WORST customer service I have ever received. I ordered back in May and have not received my order (it's now September). These people never answer their phone lines. Their email communications regarding updates on your order are always wrong. For the money you spend, you would think the order would arrive quicker and with more accessible customer service. I will NOT be shopping here any longer. I would give zero stars if I could.

Be careful with this company, they purposely update their stock list late to scam you.

I made a purchase for the Luna Plaid shirt size S because on their website, it says it’s “in stock”. 1 month later, no update, I reached out to their support asking where’s my order, they turn around and tell me that it’s on back order when clearly it was in stock when I placed my order. I was told it’ll be available in 2 months so I waited.

4 months later, I reached out and all I got was that “the product is still on backorder”, and was offered an alternative option. I declined and said I’ll wait.

Now it’s approaching 9 months since I first placed my order and still no luck. I’ve finally decided to ask for a refund and they just stopped responding. It’s been 12 days since I requested the refund. No response.

Good luck to those who wanna take a gamble with this scam of a company.

This company doesn't operate any of the customer service outlets they say provide. No response to phone calls, emails, "live" chat. I ordered over a month ago and nothing. Is this company even real???

This company is running a SCAM. Plain and simple. Like all of the other negative reviews, my order (boots) was never delivered after MONTHS of promises that they were "delayed due to their manufacturers I'm Spain." I guarantee you that the positive reviews on this site, especially the ones touting customer service, are bought and paid for. Their customer service line is disconnected. I will be contacting my bank and pursuing legal action. Please, do not make my mistake. If any good comes out of this, it will be serving as a warning to other unsuspecting buyers.

Like similar reviews. They took full payment for the boots I ordered and never sent them. The phone is disconnected, and their support team won't answer.

I placed a pretty large order with the Valencia 2.0 sneakers, Black Chelsea Boots and Luna Plaid Shirt. They told me that they are having supplier issues and did not deliver the order for 4 months! They have disconnected their customer service phone line and do not answer emails for weeks! Terrible brand just interested in scamming people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
