I would consider your purchase with Osmio water very carefully. Do not expect any decency if you experience any issues with their products. Multiple issues encountered. The main issue being sediment being discharged into the supply from the them, replacement filters not offered free of charge and a refund for the poor quality product not offered. Luckily these where paid with via credit card and a full refund is taking place. They are rogues who do not comply with the consumer rights act. Be warned.

I bought an under the sink water filter and fitted it to my 2 way mixer tap, and it was doing great. As I connected it to the main cold line and tap, the filter ran out quicker than expected. I contacted the customer care and the way they responded and resolved the issue was highly professional and out of the world. They even offered me a free three way tap to extend the life of my filter. And even offered a full refund if the issue is not resolved. It's working brilliant now, amazing customer care.

After an initial problem with my D7 RO machine, it’s now been resolved to my satisfaction and is up and running. I have found Osmio professional and helpful with troubleshooting. The machine went back for the once over and is now working fine on a plug and play basis. Mark and his team were very helpful sending extra parts as the case was damaged in transit.

I was shocked to see all the negative reviews at this page. I’ve only ever experienced attentiveness and politeness from Osmio. These things are frustrating so I understand how other reviewers feel. The D7 stopped working and then Covid happened and remote troubleshooting to no avail and talk of water pressure issues (not the case), plumbers could’ve resolved and the instructions didn’t help (now improved). However eventually Osmio collected the D7 and it’s returned working so I’m very content with the service. I had to buy x3 lots of expensive filters for each abortive use but hey that would be my only criticism. It must be a hard business not knowing the variables of each household versus but that’s Osmio’s job and they got there in the end for me - that’s good customer service. Highly recommended.

This is the worst product I’ve ever bought. Membrane lasts about a month and then blocks, as if like clockwork.

First ones lasted six months, descaled and sanitised the system, umpteen times, but the customer service just says it’s the hard water in the area. Also when I was told to clean the valves that the water tank sits on, when I removed the cover, the screws that hold everything together, were completely rusted through. I have an extended warranty but all they could do was send me some spares in the post, for me to change. This I would’ve done, but the ones that are in the machine are so rusty, they have disintegrated and no screwdriver on earth will get them out.

All this within a year of purchasing. Really fed up with them. Terrible company and customer service. Just pass the blame to the hard water in your area. I’d recommend avoiding and save yourselves £500.

Installers were surprised at the lack of instructions and unhelpful interface.
When the product was faulty I struggled to get much out of customer services, each email was met with another request for another piece of information I didn't have regarding my water pressure, water flow, pipe size, installer, etc.
Ended up buying a W2B system off Amazon, arrived next day, installer found it very easy to fit and customer services were a delight. Lo and behold all of my problems have been resolved!
If you're looking for a softener, just grab the W2B version instead, you'll be doing yourself a favour.

2 stars because customer services do respond, and the filters I purchased are pretty decent.

We've bought a few Osmio products now and have been most impressed with them, as well as their customer service. We love the Osmio Infinity

The quality of the water is good, the price increased by £50 over the space of 2 weeks, so they can accommodate free shipping to Europe.
I had to send my machine back after 4 weeks, firstly the boiling water is not boiling.
Then all the lights started flashing and the machine stopped working.
This is not a cheap machine for there to be so many problems early on. There is no one to come out and service this, instead i have had to disconnect the machine and send it back to be fixed and then returned.
The staff are quite rude and there were lots of difficulties re the initial purchase.
They sell a 5 year product warranty with this, but i would imagine within 5 years they would be out of business.

Have had terrible service from this company and was spoken to very rudely by the owner Mark who can be abrupt, aggressive and patronising. They spitefully changed their minds about selling a friend an item that her relative urgently needed having already taken the money. Please be careful if you have to deal with them and perhaps look for what you need elsewhere. I don’t want them to get a penny more of my money!

BUYERS BEWARE FALSE MARKETING & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - All four lights on the machine started flashing within 3 weeks of us starting to use the Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis System. The company told us that it's because our water is hard (we live in Central London) so the water filters are clogged. This doesn't make sense because our water has to be toxic or full of rocks for it to clog the filters that are supposed to last 6 MONTHS that's 24 WEEKS.. within 3 WEEKS, that's 21 WEEKS or -87.5% shorter than advertised! The company representative said the 6 months estimate in some cases could be shorter based on your water hardness level... BUT HELLO, 3 WEEKS vs. 6 MONTHS (87.5% DIFFERENCE)?!?!?!? That's absolutely fraud marketing.

Also, it's been very disappointing because the company's standard response is to blame the water instead of trying to find solutions to help their customers. They have now made me feel like my water is toxic and that I broke the pumps in the machine, instead of trying to reflect on their own machine's potential problems.

Tap is lovely, nice and solid. Levers function smoothly. Sadly let down by the diffusers/aerators. Water streams are alarmingly messy. Cleaning/adjustment of the aerators simply allow you choose the severity of the mess.
Video of the issue was shown to the senior technician at Osmio and sadly I was informed that “everything looks as it should”.
TLDR - things under the tap get wet. Things in the general vicinity of the tap will also get wet.

I tried to buy one and was met with appalling customer service. The guy was evasive and downright rude, I tried to find out what type of warranty and extras it came with and was appalled by how rude he was. He wouldn't tell me how long the warranty was and said that if I couldn't understand him perhaps I shouldn't buy one as I wouldn't understand its functions! So I went elsewhere if that's how they treat potential customers god know what it's like if it goes wrong

Installed an under sink inline hard water filter and it has reduced limescale in my drinking water by a lot. Water hardness in my area is about 270ppm and now I do not get any noticeable limescale in my kettle or ice. The filter housing needed tightening a little more than I though it would, even with silicone spray on the seal, but it works great and was easy to install with a third party tap.

Was a great company! They no longer have an engineer for callouts. We have had the BMB 20 system for 3 years. We changed the first round of filters ourselves and it was a pain to do and the machine has been working strangely ever since. When we had to change the filters this year I wanted to pay for an engineer to do it and also sanitise the system but they no longer offer this service and sent me a sanitisation instructional video for a different system. Also our pump has been leaking and when I emailed the company I was told it probably needs replacing and to buy a replacement pump. So not only is sanitising and replacing the filters a pain, now we have to replace the pump ourselves! Really disappointed in the customer service.

We purchased the Osmio counter top water filter about a year now and I have to say it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made for our kitchen. I still love this machine and just couldn’t live without it. The machine is super capable and the water tastes wonderful. Mark (Business owner) is always so helpful with any questions whilst we were getting to grips with our machine when new. Our machine is in constant use and it soldiers on with no problems. Our water filters need changing every 4 months or so due to hard water in our area. If you are considering getting one of these machines...do it, it’s worth every damn penny!! #ilovemyosmio

I’ve spent a lot of money calling out plumbers for the filter supplied. It’s not even a year old. One side of the filter casing drip constantly and I was unable to remove the casing. The company were hell bent on blaming the plumber who fitted the filter. They now expect to liaise with my plumber about the filter, which will cost me more money. I do not expect to get my money back for this product and I’ve spent more money on the problems caused by this filter than the cost of the filter! I expect them to send the filter back and then have the bloody thing sent right back to me.

Very good company communication delivery and quality all top notch

I've had both water filters and a mixer tap from Osmio, and cannot fault their service; it's been excellent.

Brilliant company to deal with and outstanding customer service. I have had my reverse osmosis filter for a while now and the heating element blew. I contacted Osmio who arranged and paid for a return and they fit a new element. It was back with me in a week all told

Great products and what a wonderful company to deal with. I recently bought an Osmio Zero filter from one of their dealers and after a week decided I wanted a different model. The dealer didn't entertain the request (even though they should've under internal sales EU rules) but when I spoke to Osmio (Sharon) themselves, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and exchange my filter. The bonus was the long chat I had with Mark, one of their product designers, when I went to collect the replacement.
And yes, their product is excellent too.
