I think the real mark of a good company is how they respond when the unexpected happens. I had bought, perhaps their cheapest product, that had a peculiar fault where battery life was unexpectedly short.
Our Weigh could not have been more responsive or helpful. Great, and these days rare, customer service.

Please please please do not buy, it very fragile and not good one,it just cracked and I informed them about, they did nothing and the weigh have stopped working and I told about the fault they used Fleming excuses to disqualified my complaint, I regret and disappointed. Please stay away do not buy, it is inferior

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase this is one of our best selling machines and very rare indeed we have an issue with these. The emails and images provided did show that this was not a manufacturers fault and the machine had unfortunately been damaged. If the machine had been received in this way then yes of course we could have replaced this for you, we are very fair and will always replace where possible.
