I made a mistake when returning a few items and Toni was so amazing with helping me out. She had a lot of patience and helped me get my refund with no trouble at all. Honestly customer service was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from there again.

This brand is nothing more than a fast fashion company. I ordered a dress (Esmeralda Maxi Dress) and received a cheap, thin, poorly designed FashionNova dupe. I am utterly appalled by how expensive the clothing is for such low quality. I bought the dress after reading reviews and seeing good customer service experiences, but the items are no better than SHEIN. Would absolutely not recommend!

A fuir ! Les vêtements son très cher et la qualité est médiocre! J’ai commandé un ensemble top et une robe dans un premier temps, j’ai renvoyé la robe et à ma grande surprise ils ne procèdent pas au remboursement sur votre compte bancaire mais en carte cadeau ( ce qui vous oblige à acheter chez eux même si vous ne le souhaitiez pas). J’ai donc commandé une nouvelle robe pour utilisé mon crédit et encore une fois, je suis extrêmement déçu de la qualité même SHEIN fait mieux. Pour le prix c’est vraiment honteux!
Je met un avis ici car évidement ils ne font pas d’enquête de satisfaction sur leurs produits tant ils savent que c’est une arnaque !

At first, I wasn’t able to apply a 10% discount for my first purchased item but I contact the support team and got help right away! They were super friendly and very compliant with my requests and concerns. My item was delivered in less than a week!

Images on the website are deceptive in reality the product is much much worse, the colour is faded, the material extremely cheap and it doesn’t even look wearable. After all this they refuse to refund your money. Please save your money and don’t buy
