I recently bought two pairs of walking trousers from this company. Ordering was easy and the trousers arrived the next day. Unfortunately, I hadn't paid attention to the leg length and both pairs were too long. As I couldn't see the size I wanted on their website, I spoke to OutdoorGear to find out if more stock was coming in. They checked and advised me there was no indication from the manufacturer when more trousers would be available. I returned the original two pairs on Wednesday and, by Friday, had confirmation the returns had been received and a refund processed. Very pleasant and excellent service. I will certainly order from them again.

Next day delivery! This is unusual for North East England, most suppliers take 1- 3 extra days. Will definitely use again.

Ordered some walking boots which were the best price available on the net and they arrived next day with FREE delivery. Couldn't be happier, thanks guys! :)

Ordered a tent from these guys after a bit of shopping about. Really good price and no hassle. Delivery was FAST (and free!). Would definitely use them again or recommend in future.

Fast delivery, items describe perfectly and returns are easy to make, just a shame return postage isn't free. Refund issued straight away, shame there aren't more companies that make online shopping as easy as outdoor gear do!

Although the quality of the bag, the price and delivery by company were good, the main bag itself is definitely not 60litres, in fact when we checked the dimensions, as advertised on Outdoor gear website, the bag works out at only 45.5 liters, almost 25% less than advertised, I contacted Outdoor Gear to return the bag, the company said they would refund the cost of the bag but refused to cover the return postage costs, even though the bag is not as advertised. so for this reason I can only rate this company with 2 stars due to poor customer service.

Bought two times from them, and will buy again!
First time I bought something from them, one of the items was a tent and it had a defect, one of the poles broke as soon as I pitched it. After a phone call the store sent me a new complete pole kit for free. The second time everything went great too. Would recommend this to a friend.
