I just purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 97, and It was a perfect buying experience.
Prior to the buy, I was in e-mail contact with the shop, and got fine answers (from Oliver) regarding shoe size in comparison to Air Max 98. I placed my order, and received my shoes 2 days later (I live in Denmark). There were Text updates from FedEx on delivery status and delivery was on time.
I can highly recommend shopping at OVERKILL with my experience in mind.

I was honestly nervous with all the bad reviews but I decided to go a head and order a pair of exclusive jordans because they had them in my size on the online shop and I couldn't find them in the US.
Honestly, everything is pretty straightforward. When I ordered I got an email confirming my order and then one confirming my payment. The online shop gives the option of dhl or FedEx shipping with FedEx being more expensive but dhl taking a longer time to ship. I chose dhl. I emailed customer service the next day to find out when they would be shipped and they got back to me relatively quick saying they would send an email with tracking info when its shipped. After a few days I finally received an email with tracking numbers and information on my shipment and I was in wait mode. From there everything was smooth I was able to track the shipment as it was sent to the US. And then dhl transferred it to USPS when it got here. It got through customs fast and I was able to still track it till it got to my home. Overall everything was legit. My box was undamaged the shoes were undamaged and the right size. The whole process took about 13 days and I would definitely order from them again.

Horrible service, slow shipping, no communications.
Waited weeks for order, never arrived. Contacted via email, they sent bogus tracking number that was never given to DHL.
Don't do business with these people, they are BAD.

Got my shoes about 11 months, was pretty happy with them, until the midsole started ripping and now it even has holes in it. contacted customer service to ask if they could help out with anything (was looking for new sneakers anyway and was hoping for just a bit of compensation, the shoes are only 11 months old... is that too much to ask?) and they just said: yeah we have a 6 month warranty on all products so we can't do anything, we could take a look at it out of the good of our hearths (it actually said goodwill, but this sounds more poetic) and then they just told me I'm a lier, told me I kicked off my shoes so that way the rips started to happen... I had an accident about a year ago and mobility is low, so kicking off my shoes is not a option, always have to pull the laces or else I can't even take em off... but they didn't believe me I guess... but yeah, overall just terrible reaction, actually using a translator app for communication.. I'm just disappointed that they acted so immature.. won't buy here again.

All the negative reviews made me a bit nervous, when I decided to order from this company. But all worries were turned down, as everything just unfolded as professional, as anybody could expect. Top communication from Overkill as well as FedEX, and top delivery even faster than expected. The product - a pair of Nike Zoom Fly - were right coloured and right sized as ordered. Few days ago i bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1-100. I got them today and when i saw the box it was all beat up. I opened up the box, the shoe box was also damaged and on of the shoes were sticking out of the box. I opened up the shoe box and immediately started to open the zip lock bag with the replacement swooshes. To my biggest disappointment a swoosh was missing or not missing but i got 3 swooshes for the inner shoe and 1 for the outer so i need one more. Very disappointed, i hope the'll do something about this or at least replace some of money.

Ordered a pair of Nike SF AF 1. I had an issue with my credit card so i wasn't able to pay through Paypal, so I contacted them and they answered quickly and effectively to fix my problem.
They shipped my order on Monday (1 day only after I paid), and I received it on Friday (via FedEx), from Germany to France. Zero problem with the condition of the package.
I recommend Overkill !

Never order at overkill! My package got lost and they did not wanted to reimburse my money. Now i am busy with my lawyer to get my money back.

Very good webshop. A lot off sneakers. I ordered Adidas superstars. The delivery was fast to the Netherlands. Delivery was 5 days. The shoes were very well packed! The only downside was that the track and trace starts working the day of delivery. But all in all: super webshop!
