dam right shocking. this service use to amazing and couldn't fault it however... now I'm currently looking for a new server host after 10 years!!!

my bill date has always been the 7th as this is payday. then one day it suddenly changed to the 1st, i contact ovh as my server was shut off for none payment and was advised to turn on auto renew this would give me time to pay before it was shut off again which is fine....

i then paid the extra for them to put my billing date back to the 7th and all was fine...fast forward a year maybe 2.

my billing date is now back to the 1st because of this stupid auto renew that i was told to do and now talking there garbage support have been told i now have to cancel my contract with them in order to change my billing date which now means my server which is 5 years old i now no longer get a contract discount and have to pay FULL PRICE for the server because its no longer under contract due to them.... all this BECAUSE THEY CHANGED MY DATE!!!!!

luckily for me having no contract now means i can look while where for a hosting company that actherly give a dam about there customers which then i can tell them where to shove the server and end the 10 years that ive been with them.

The company doesn't provide refund for B2B customers! Nothing, even if it's accidental orders the support is just repeating some texts.
The dashboard is complex, like a maze, you can find what you're looking for.

ubuntu 25.01 - what did i get ( MS-DOS like cmd ) which is hardest to managed and barely tell me i need training so I feel for it bare-metal prices are much higher then I was paying for it.

Dont support paid customers with vps being hacked by russian scumbags, only support links and thats it, after 3yrs and this the worst ive experience with them ever, ovh has lost a paying customer for this!!

Ordered server from ovh.Three times order have been cancelled without clear reason.Customer service cant tell ne the reason.Customer service is also shocking Dont buy from them.

I ordered a dedicated server from OVH . I raised a ticket to support for issue while installating custom image .I was surprised that revert is coming after 4hr to 12 hr and that is also not proper .So i cancelled the server but they are denying refund . Support service is not good at also .Also they have limited time support timings of 12 hrs rest time no response .

After you order services, they block them for existing reasons and make you redo the order and send your money in 30 days, but forget about this aspect!

Pure quality scammed company I'll never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is crap. They seem not knowing what they do. Kept transferring me to all kinds of departments regards to a refund. Daniel O, who another silly person asking unnecessary questions and cut the phone of me. Stood on phone for over 1 hour all they came out is we can't help you. We will send you step by step to install your vps. But nothing seems done. Shit company

My account was blocked due to not submitting verification documents on time (my mistake, I admit). However, I sent the required documents the same day my account was blocked. Despite this, 17 days have passed, and my account is still blocked with no resolution in sight.

The support team is a nightmare to deal with – they can't provide a specific date for when my account will be unlocked and continuously avoid giving clear answers. My documents haven't been verified, and no one can say when this will happen.

I plan to file an official complaint and request a refund. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable!

Support does not exist. Their rescue boot system is in French!! (lol). The hardware is ancient and worn out. You will for sure have disk failures if you rent a server for more than a month, and then it will take them weeks to fix it if they even respond at all. Their IP addresses are cancer, every site has them blocked for abuse so if you're planning on routing your internet connection via a server there.. forget it.

They're utterly uninterested in helping even when they delete services without authorisation!

They do not read all of your questions and take an absolute age to respond.

OVH are thieves, i stopped all the services in a month and but still they are billing me.

I've used OVH for years with bare metal servers and they've generally been fine. But now I tried to move a domain away and they are useless. The domain hasn't moved and all they do it point you to the help docs, which don't help at all. Also, the reason for moving the domain is because OVH email servers are blacklisted so sending emails is hit and miss. Not recommended.

The absolute worst vps provider, slow in processing orders, clueless customer service, eventually agreed to refund me but never issued it. I had to raise a case with paypal, they even had the guts to say I did receive the item!! Thankfully I had screenshots of their my order list showing the cancellation, and communication from their customer service agent promising the refund

I paid a VPS service from them. I forgot my password at some point and wanted to reset. Their forgot password link was never sent to my email even if the system says it is successfully sent. Then I looked for support but it turned out their support only works if you are logged in. Such a JOKE. Another email i created an account and asked for help. They have sent me a document for changing the email. I have sent that document via post (another JOKE) which costed me £3 more expensive than their VPS. Then they rejected for some unclear reasons. And in the email they said i can contact them via customersupport(at)ovh.co.uk. When I write to that email I received an auto reply which i need to login and create ticket (another JOKE). They literally ROBBED me. Now i can't access to my account that I paid.

OVHCloud Canada has been a painful farce for months.

They transferred my website without content using the wring email address and now I am trying to go away from them they keep dragging feet

Honestly huge scam STAY AWAY!

I recently ended my 1 year commitment with OVH and due to family issues and finances I set the deal to cancel and terminate end of the commitment I found out a few days ago that they auto renewed a new commitment and gave me another year with them even though I cancelled and also I haven’t got the finances anymore and no longer use their services their support team was terrible and told me they cannot help and even acknowledged I put in a request for the service to terminate but apparently the auto renew was turned back on. Terrible service and customer support go to other companies for the same hardware and don’t get fooled into this scam of commitments .

Servers are good when they work. Support is poor at best. Other hosts are available with better hardware and for cheaper

after I made the payment they’ve told me it is in kernel panic mode and I have to pay someone to sort it out. Obviously they’ve done something to it when it was shutdown but they don’t take responsibility, worst customer services and vps services, I don’t recommend.
