The package arrived in due course; however, I had to pay taxes (CHF 60.-) in order to receive your goods.
It may not be your fault, but it is annoying. It was neither part of the bill nor did I expect to pay this high amount to the Swiss authorities.
So, in the future, I'llI try to find other ways to buy your products..

I remember the website offered a moneyback guarantee. I bought 5 bottles at $75 each with absolutely no results. When I contacted customer service, they said the guarantee only covers unopened bottles, which to me is a refund and not a moneyback guarantee. This means to me that they do not stand by their product. I will never buy from a company that offers a guarantee and then says only if the bottle is unopened.

Excellent product. You sometimes read reviews online for things that claim to do wonders, but this really works!!! It's expensive, but worth it. Their customer service is also great! Nadiya was a pleasure!

The only issues or complain I have is that they need to improve their call center customer service. Sometimes you just really need to speak with someone and after several attempts (days) of getting the same message “ No support agents are currently available”, that became annoying as I couldn’t reach anyone.

If you’re going to offer a phone number and call service then have people answer the phone, otherwise don’t offer and just provide a chat box ;)

I used serum for lashes and volume shampoo!!! So amazing products !! My lashes so long I love them, no more fake lashes :)
