Oxwash 

I gave Oxwash two shirts to test the ironing service.

The quality of the ironing for one of them was terrible. The shirt was full of wrinkles and the folding was very poor.

I really wanted to love this service, but I have been disappointed at every stage of the process.

I used the new postal service. It took almost 2 weeks from sending the items (and several chasers from me) to receive notification that the items had been shipped back to me, but I was sent a tracking number which did not work, and the items did not arrive as expected.
After several more chasers, I eventually received the items but they were incredibly crumpled - and will have to be pressed before they are wearable. After almost £100 and 3 weeks I expected more. The only items which have faired well are some jumpers.

I guess there are some kinks to work out with the new postal service - in the meantime I would only use this service for everyday laundry if you are in no rush. Steer clear for anything more.

The quality of the laundry seems good but our last 4 orders have been messed up. We have a rolling order set up and the first 3 orders were not dropped off when they should have been despite customer service saying the "system error" had been rectified after each. For the 4th order the laundry was never collected and again no real reason was given, other than an error on their system. In conclusion, quality of the laundry is fine but until their systems are reliable we won't be able to continue using them.

Poor. Sent in a suit and a few shirts, two were damaged upon return, and when sent back for repairs (this was the only option I was given) it took two weeks to get them back. Not worth it for the convenience.

Changing my review to reflect the service from Oxwash Cambridge. After receiving a very underwhelming service the first time round, Toby was very persistent to get in touch and have my garments rewashed. I would choose them again knowing their standard of service is high.

Amazing service by a great company. I live in Croydon but bring my clothes to work in Camberwell where the Oxwash team collect the clothes. The turn around time is very quick and their customer service is fast and very helpful. They offer Wet Cleaning, which is more eco friendly and actually gives better results, particularly for suits that have an odour. Highly recommend Oxwash!

After years of trying various laundry services in London, I've finally found one that is efficient, consistent, great value for money and with excellent customer service. Everything from placing an order on the app through to delivery is a seamless experience. Would highly recommend, don't waste your time with the others!

Brilliant prompt pick up and delivery, clear communication about timings. Returned laundry clean as a whistle and neatly packed. Oxwash has been an absolute saviour during a busy time helping us to provide a good service for NHS staff and Military Groups coming to support the JR Hospital in Oxford during this tough times.
