I purchased an OxyGo (with additional battery) for over $1k. it was received and worked well for about 4 mos. It then began to show "Oxygen Low" alarm, along with a horrible, high-pitched noise from the motor. I was asked to send it back for repair. After a week, I sent an email for an update...no answer. The next day I called and was told the unit was with the tech. and should hear something that evening about the cost. I was puzzled as it was still under warranty. They finally returned the unit. The exterior was dirty and the first time I used it I received the "Oxygen Low" message again. It was suggested that I wasn't breathing properly and it set the alarm off. Also, that they had put in new columns and tested it 6 hrs. before sending it to me. After a few more emails, and a few more tales they admitted that they may have pulled another machine to send me (instead of fixing the original one) and wanted me to send the unit back and they would look at it as a courtesy to me. I was tired of trying to piece together what they did and did not do and wanted a refund. There was no further communication (and very little communication in total from them). I feel they are not forthcoming as they didn't send any info. like how many hours the machine had on it, how often it was serviced, what repairs they made and how often it was repaired. I learned a huge lesson about third-party businesses and am going to pursue getting my funds returned.

Life saving, I can now travel for medical care.
