It was nice to be greeted by friendly helpful staff at the Albion branch. They helped me repack and print labels to make it an easy final process after booking online. Postage was very reasonable and provided a quick efficient service. I would use again.

Worst service provider …
Worst service provider would not provide information for the carrier they subbed the job too. The transport company could not reconcile the numbers provided with tracking from Pack and Send so were not able to fund package. Multiple phone calls to Pack and Send for delivery enquiry were hostile uninformative and for the most part no use.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we regret the frustration it has caused. Please note that while PACK & SEND coordinates the booking and lodgement of shipments, the actual transport is carried out by our valued freight partners. In some cases, the reference numbers generated through our system may not be immediately recognised by the carrier if the internal reference is used rather than the carrier-specific tracking ID. We regret that your attempts to seek assistance were met with unhelpful responses. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team to review the communication and ensure customer enquiries are handled more effectively moving forward.
Great price and service
Pack and send depot was so close to my home in Albion. I paid the budget price to deliver to Sydney on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday, very efficient and less that AUS post.
Thank you my daughter gorgeous her gift on her birthday.

Poor attitude & unprofessional
The person on the phone was everything but helpful and professional. They were soooo ready to hang up as soon as they picked it up. There was a delay in my parcel, and without getting to the bottom of the story (which they refused to), they immediately said, as quoted: "Well, it is your fault." No urgent care, no solution, no responsibility taken, all I got was "I could return you the money and you go find someone else." after the time and money they costed me. The only way to get things done seems to be emailing a lady named Lisa. As soon as I was in contact with her, it ran smoothly. But still, every information was recorded wrong at the first place.

Sending a parcel could not be easier
Sending a parcel could not be easier, just pay then print barcode that pops up on screen and someone comes usually within a day to pick it up from my doorstep. Excellent service.

Parcels were mistreated
Parcels were mistreated. Items were unrepairable. Lost 1 box without notifying me says all items delivered. Pack n send took no responsibility for the mistreatment of my items. Disappointed and my client very unhappy. Very costly to my small business. Never use again.
