Ridiculous service I have ever faced
The estimated time for delivery is completely wrong. The reason they are giving is unrealistic. I can't even track my products, so I have asked them in email and they replied we are also trying to find your products and said send us photos of products and details of the box as it's hard to find your boxes in thousands other boxes.
So, be careful while choosing this service and don't use if you are sending expensive and important items.

Thanks for the feedback Sam and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the freight industry is being impacted heavily for various reasons currently. We advised at the time of booking, that you may experience service impacts on the pickup of goods due to the current demand on courier drivers, so please allow additional time over and above the normal collection times & delivery ETA’s that are published. Our records indicate your shipment was delivered within the transit times for road service to WA. We apologise again for the delay.

Bought a wheel on Gumtree and decided…
Bought a wheel on Gumtree and decided to give Pack n Send a go instead of using e-Go. Have not been informed by phone or email or text message about extra hidden charges. Gumtree seller went over dimension on packing and I was subsequently charged $65 instead of the $21 quoted. Would never use Pack n Send again as the communication was poor and just wanted to charge whatever they see fit.

Mt gravatt store would be the one to go to.
I rang around a few people. But the mt gravatt store person. ( Barry) I think his name was, was the most helpful, I rang the springwood store and they were not friendly like my gravatt. On the day of delivery to store happy friendly good communication and woukd deal with him again over the other competitors, and did like the email about that other person received the items.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. After pre-paying for the courier service from Brisbane to Sydney online ($66), when we turned up at pack and send we were told we had to pay another $88 for the service for them to package it with not much extra information (after we had already packaged it in pretty much the same way, bubble wrap and card board- talk about waste of resources). We felt tied to the service as we had already paid the $66.
The package was then sent and arrived many days later than the expected arrival date after delivery was not attempted twice. Not good enough for the price we paid. I would never use this service again.
