Our business had an urgent job we had to transport from Shepparton to Melbourne: five pallets of printed material. Pack & Send Shepparton were able to organise delivery within 24 hours, working overtime to get our shipment organised and delivered. I didn't think we would be able to get this done, but they did. The reason we called Pack & Send Shepparton in the first place was that we know they are all really family-owned small businesses: the people who answer the phone are the people who will be your point of contact from door to door. We wouldn't have made our deadline without the excellent service Susan and the team at Pack & Send Shepparton provided to us. Highly recommended.

To be honest
To be honest, these guys were nothing short of incredible throughout my entire move from Australia to New Zealand. I used a two-prong attack by sometimes booking extra baggage on the airline and getting Rick and his team to pack whatever item I decided I needed next, which I booked in as oversized baggage, or conversely, I mailed items (some of them big). At NO time was anything a problem, and every time I felt like I had their full attention. They treated everything as if it was their property.
And, everything - including my pictures - arrived beautifully wrapped with not a scratch on them. And, I thought the service was very cost effective, given the work, wrapping, and time they put into preparing everything for travel. I couldn't have gone close to the professionalism and dedication they showed.
