Contact met de klantenservice ook top! Was vergeten een kortingsbon in te vullen, maar kreeg deze netjes achteraf gestort!

I ordered a bike from Pacto that showed up in just four days, which was amazing. After putting it together, I realized I’d ordered the wrong model by mistake. When I contacted Pacto about returning it, they explained that it had to be sent back in the original box and couldn’t have been ridden. Totally fair policy — but at that point, I thought my friend had thrown the shipping box away, so I figured I was stuck with it.

The next day I got lucky and found out my friend hadn’t thrown the box out after all. I contacted Pacto again, explained the situation, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked me to repack the bike and send them a photo of how it was packed. Within minutes of reviewing it, they replied that everything looked perfect and said I was free to return it. I was thrilled — I’d been expecting to be stuck with a bike I didn’t want, but they made the process quick and painless.

Throughout the entire process, their communication was fantastic — every email was polite, professional, and often answered within 10 minutes. I’ve since ordered the model I meant to buy in the first place, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how Pacto handled everything. Mistakes happen, but the way a company responds makes all the difference. Pacto was simply outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to buy from them again.

Great Bicycle!

It has only been a couple of weeks since I've been using my Pacto ONE and so far my experience has been great! No complaints whatsoever. Personally I find the bike quite sturdy and comfortable to ride (I'm 182cm tall). I have only use it for short commutes around the city and I'm yet to try it on other terrain besides pavement and concrete, but it gives me the impression that it will be able to handle gravel and dirt roads without a problem. The suspension fork together with the fat tyres provide a stable ride!

Bella bici. Unico piccolo difetto il cerchione posteriore non perfettamente rotondo. Porrò rimedio regolando i raggi. Per il resto tutto ok.

Bezorging helemaal in orde. De fiets is makkelijk uit te vouwen en in te vouwen. De batterijen in de fietslampjes krijgen was een beetje een puzzel. Het zou goed zijn om daar ook instructies voor mee te sturen, maar ook dat is gelukt. Met de fiets is makkelijk een snelheid van 19 km/uur vast te houden. Voor afstanden tot 3,5 kilometer is de fiets prima te gebruiken. De versnellingen werken goed en dragen bij aan het rijcomfort. Ik heb de fiets nog niet zo lang, maar hij voelt solide aan en mijn verwachting is dat hij lang mee zal gaan. De fiets is ingevouwen wel wat aan de zware kant om mee te dragen. Als je niet zo sterk bent kan dit een uitdaging zijn.

Ich habe nach einem einfachen Klapprad für kleinere Wegstrecken gesucht. Über den Marktplatz eines deutschen Supermarkts bin ich auf PACTO Bike gestoßen. Das PACTO Seven N7 Klapprad ist praktisch, ohne schnickschnack, schnell auf- und wieder zugeklappt, gute Qualität. Die matte schwarze Lackierung sieht super aus. Bestellung war einfach, Lieferung extrem schnell - am besten Zeitfenster/ mögliche Wochentage für den Spediteur angeben. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert, jederzeit wieder!

Fiets is goed, ook voor mensen van 1.90m, snel geleverd.

Echt mooie sterke compacte vouwfiets. Stoere versie gekozen zwart oranje dikke banden voorvering schijfremmen echt een mooi design
