I had used it for a few sessions

I had used it for a few sessions. I thought there was some connectivity issue. One time it measured less than 15 shots and I played for 45 min. I decided to test it and did 2 baskets with coach. It recorded 16 shots and 5 shots, when there were 60 hits, with the phone in my pocket - so no excuses the phone was out of range!. It does not work! I want a refund!

Hi, thank you for your honest review, and we're really sorry for the frustrating experience. Recording only a handful of shots during full sessions is definitely not how PadelPlay should perform.

From what you describe, it sounds like there may be an issue with the sensor placement, connection, or the device itself. Please reach out to us at info@padelplay.ai with your account details and a photo/video of how the sensor was attached to the racket. We’d love to investigate this properly and find a suitable solution for you.

Padel Analyst

Ordered the Padel play product and it arrived promptly. I have been using it for 2 months and it has given me excellent insights into my padel game
The smash factor is a great feature that I like to try and beat each time I play
After each game the Ai coach gives a decent analysis of my game and where I can improve which I find helpful
Great product, well worth it for padel players who want to understand their game in a constructive way

Great gadget

Great gadget. It gives you more insight into your strokes and what you can work on to improve your game. It’s not perfect yet, but the updates they’re releasing are promising.

Great gadget!

I have bought this device to track my game and it is great. The tracker gives you a lot of information that can be used to improve. I am very happy with it and I totally recommend it!

Most of the shots are not measured

Most of the shots are not measured. On average 17 shots per 1,5 hour. So very poor performance. I hope future upgrade will help, because for now it is useless.

I am an active padel player and sports gadget nerd. PadelPlay gives really cool insights into my game, and I really like the "coach" in the app that gives you feedback. Definitely recommend!

I bought their product and it only works half the time I play. I explained this to them via mail, and they have now stopped replying. I can NOT recommend their product nor their costumer service.
