Our instructor was really good. He helped us a lot and take care of us. He also demonstrated the different Tasks really good to us. He gave us the time we need.

The course was excellent, extremely easy to follow and learn from. Having the option to watch videos as well was extremely helpful. Very in depth while also very easy to follow. 10/10

担当してくださったインストラクター様がとても優しくて面白くて頼りにる方だったので、楽しみながら安全区域内でたくさんのことを学び、ライセンスを取得することができました。

まだまだ未熟で中性浮力が上手に取れなかったりしますが、今後たくさんダイビングをして水中に慣れていきたいです！！

日本語版のeラーニングを受けたのですが、誤字や変換ミス、言葉の重複などが多々見受けられました。
セクションの末にある問題文も、日本語として不自然で意味が理解できない物があったため、今一度校正するべきかと存じます。

Ich möchte hier lediglich die Kurspreise bewerten. Ich finde es ziemlich unverschämt die Schweizer Taucherinnen und Taucher mit den Online-Kursen (von OW über AOW bis Rescue etc.) abzuzocken und über den Tisch zu ziehen. Die Online-PADI-Kursen kosten um die USD 224 was in CHF ungefähr CHF 190 bis CHF 195 entsprechen. Trotz nachfragen bei PADI in UK (heisst in der Schweiz gibt es keinen Support oder Personen welche hier für Anfragen beschäftigt und bezahlt werden müssen) bleibt der Preis gemäss Homepage bei CHF 281. Heisst plus 50% für Schweizer Kundinnen und Kunden von PADI. Für genau dasselbe wie sonst jeder auf der Welt bezahlt. Einen Online-Kurs der jeder und jede alleine zu Hause vor seinem Laptop absolviert. Ich finde das gelinde gesagt eine Frechheit!

Online lessons are nice, answers are thought seem often obvious more answer possibilities may restrain this. Some points could bé better explained, even if nothing is as worthy as thé Real dive lesson/experiment !

It’s kinda long and repetitive but very much worth while. I’d rather be safe than sorry and very knowledgeable on the course material.

PADI Open Water kursus gennem Sunweb i Hurgada, Egypten. Ikke certificerede instruktører anvendes af Sunweb.

Der er intet krav om at bog/ infomateriale skal udleveres FØR første dyk. Dette gør PADI til en usikker metode at lærer at dykke.

I Hurgada gennem Sunweb modtog vi 2 dykkerdage med Sunwebs PADI certificerede instruktør - før PADI bog blev modtaget. Men der var skaden allerede sket; væske i mellemørene og revne i trommehinden.

Sunwebs PADI instruktør gik imod PADI bogens principper/ guidelines da vi dykkede. Skaden er nu sket og ferien total ødelagt.

Havde vi haft mulighed for at få den teoretiske viden og bog inden dykkene, var dette aldrig sket.

At PADI ikke har kontrol med hvornår information gives i deres guidelines for instruktører viser at dette ikke er sikker dykkeruddannelse for alle os som tager kurset for at få introduktion og sikkerhed under vandet.

Det er russisk roulette i forhold til den instruktør du får.

Tristan and Emron were so knowledgeable and patient helping me get SCUBA certified. The diving was beautiful but it was their special care that made it such a great experience! I’d recommend Sandals Negril to anyone who wants to dive or learn to dive!

We had an awful experience with a dive centre and reported to PADI QA process. PADI couldn’t have been any less interested. PADI could have at least refunded us for the e-learning that we had paid for in good faith even if they could not force the centre to issue our refund. Instead they have kept our money despite knowing that we couldn’t complete our course. I cannot understand the poor customer service and lack of support when dive centres do not meet basic standards. It really is a case that once they have your money they do not care.

I am disappointed to have not received a response from my email to PADI below which was sent a month ago.
As others have said they are just another company happy to take your money. They should be doing regular checks on schools and their standards. Smoking around Nitrox tanks whilst people are checking the contents seems like an accident waiting to happen - it is a shame that their response is likely to come when it is all too late.

My partner and I just got back from a holiday in Sharm El Sheikh.
We spent much of our holiday diving, which was absolutely brilliant.

I was however rather shocked, surprised and disappointed to see that each PADI centre we encountered (of which there were many in Sharm) was teaching students and encouraging divers on the trips to clean their masks with fairy liquid.

Fairy liquid is known to be harmful to aquatic organisms and for causing long term adverse affects in the aquatic environment. Most fish will die when detergent concentrations approach 15 parts per million. Detergent concentrations as low as 5ppm will kill fish eggs and they decrease the breeding ability or aquatic organisms too. With the Red Sea attracting thousands of divers a year and hundreds of dive trips taking place here on a daily basis, it is crucial this is brought to your attention, particularly when there are many other options for clearing ones mask - it should be an easy fix. I think much of the problem is a lack of knowledge and this is where I feel PADI is well positioned to make a positive impact.

One boat had a huge four gallon bottle filled with fairy liquid mixed with water sloshing around on the deck spilling into the water right over the top of what is described to be "one of the seven wonders of the underwater world"
This is atrocious! This should be absolutely banned from being used in every dive centre or they should be faced with losing their PADI accreditation.
PADI has got a good reputation and should be willing to discredit any centre that is found to be using the stuff.

Divers should be informed of this too. I am sure they would not want to be harming the environment they are enjoy so much. I know there has been a push for 'dive for debris' which I think is fabulous. I would love to see the same push for sharing the knowledge of the damage fairy liquid does to our beautiful marine life and their environment

Myself and my partner done a beginner dive in Mexico at playa del carman at the Playacar resort are instructor was Jorge
He was an amazing instructor, explained everything and was amazing on the dive it was just us 3 and he really looked after us, showed us everything he could
It was an amazing experience made perfect because of Jorge
Definitely would recommend he puts you at ease and was just so lovely

Man soll also für eine bereits bestehende Zertifizierung 57€ zahlen, um es in der App anzeigen zu lassen? Völlig willkürliche Gebühr, da hier auf Seiten PADI wohl kaum Kosten entstehen. Absolut kundenunfreundlich.wo ist das Problem, zusätzlich zur Plastikkarte die digitale Version mitzugeben? Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um einen "Ersatz" wie es von PADI immer formuliert wird. Es ist eine stupide automatisierte Datenbankabfrage.

Poor quality online learning material. Equipment referred to in the learning material that should have been provided as part of the package was not supplied by PADI.
I have contacted PADI on 3 separate occasions and have yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service, PADI has no platform for feedback so free to charge extortionate prices and deliver little. Hugely disappointing.

Hvor er jeg træt at skrive at jeg har spildt min tid på at lære at dykke "igen". Men denne gang lærte jeg enten desværre.

Dette kursus forløb var en katastrofe mht. at føle sig sikker, tryg og vigtigt af alt lære at dykke igen. Aldrig mere et Padi.com kursus dykning kursus for me.

At det kunne gå så galt og jeg har miste lysten til at dykke, er i grunden trist. Har før været både glad og tryg ved netop vand sport, og dykning s delen. Men oplevelse af ikke at lære noget, alt man gå alt for hurtigt frem, glemmer at spørge indtil helt almindelig praktiske ting, såsom føler du dig sikker og er tryg. Gør at jeg aldrig mere vil bruge padi.com og denne skole form.
Vi har max været i vandet i 40 min på 2 dage, og når vi øvet noget feks skulle ta maske af under vand. Så blev det endnu en dårlig oplevelse, netop fordi du ikke var lært op i den del, ordenligt overhoved.

Kunne jeg gi 0 point, så fik I det. Jeg har dykket Koh Tao Thailand, og det handler ikke om instruktøren men om hvordan kursus forløbet er bygget op nu om dagen, med masse at teori på en app, som virker engang imellem og hvor lidt praktisk kundskab du praktiserer for at når i mål. Det lykkes så ikke desværre.

PADI want to charge me US$42 for an eCard for my dive certification. I will find another organisation to do future diving qualifications with.
