**My experience and advice: Think carefully before choosing PA Housing.**

First of all, I believe the valuations of new developments are overpriced.

Very likely you will be living next to neighbours who cause ongoing anti-social behaviour (ASB), drug dealing and causing serious impact on your mental health, stress levels, and overall quality of life. In my experience, PA Housing has failed to deal adequately with our concerns ( Over 3 years of reporting and opening cases in result of constant ASB distressing events, police , council involved, neighbours also complaining) , and we have been left feeling that complaints are dismissed without a proper investigation or a meaningful resolution.

Be prepared for rent and maintenance charges to increase over time, potentially adding significantly to your living costs. And if you buy in full just remember next door will be always PA relationship.

If you encounter problems with repairs or maintenance, be prepared for what may be a frustrating process when trying to get issues resolved.

**My advice is to do your research, read reviews carefully, and think twice before committing to a property with this housing association.** A home should provide security, peace of mind, and a good quality of life — not constant stress, frustration, and the feeling that nobody is listening when you raise legitimate concerns.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend PA Housing to anyone who values a peaceful home and expects their housing provider to take their concerns seriously.

Great service came to inspect new bathroom and arranged for all issues to be sorted .

PA housing damaged my property three years ago did nothing about it as a result. I developed two serious health conditions and they’re only way of dealing with that was threaten to take me to court 11 times I’ve recently been on holiday to Portugal. I’ve come back and now they’ve damaged my balcony created a massive gap between the wall and the balcony which I will try to upload a picture of, but I’m not sure how to do it

I recently received support from Kym Hobson with my mother's PIP review, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Kym was professional, efficient, and incredibly organised throughout the process, ensuring the application and supporting evidence were completed and submitted on time. She kept me updated at every stage and was always approachable, supportive, and willing to answer any questions I had.

What stood out most was her kindness and genuine desire to help. Navigating the benefits system can be overwhelming, particularly for vulnerable people and their families, and the support provided by the Tenancy Sustainment Team is invaluable. Kym is an incredibly valuable asset to the team, and her dedication makes a real difference to people like my mum. I am very grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend both Kym and the service to anyone who needs support.

Pilon were Very professional, informed who would be coming everyday whether am or pm. House was kept tidy and all who came to fit the kitchen were respectful and efficient . Was finished sooner than expected.

I only have praise for everyone involved and I love the new Kitchen .

Pa In general are awful at getting any work done inside the property. Even in an emergency having to wait weeks for someone to come out to just look before any work even starts. If you want to make any improvements to your home the major works team never bother to reply or if they do always refuse even the basic requests. Not happy with the service at all.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Linda for all her help and support. She was extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout our conversation. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and answered every question I had with kindness and professionalism.

Linda went above and beyond to try everything she could to resolve the issue I was facing, and I truly appreciated the time, effort and support she gave me. It was reassuring to speak to someone who genuinely listened and wanted to help.

I had a wonderful experience with PA Housing and would highly recommend their accommodation services. Everything from the facilities and location to communication, responsiveness and overall staff support was excellent.
I would particularly like to highlight the staff at the Kings Mill Hospital accommodation, who were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay of nearly 2 years. They were always approachable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make things easier, especially whenever I had any questions or needed assistance.
The accommodation was well managed, and the excellent level of service made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I’m genuinely grateful to the whole team for their kindness and support. The best part is its location; quiet, beautiful environment, only 5 mins walk to the hospital.

I had a very positive experience with PA Housing. The team are very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever you have a problem. Any maintenance or issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from King’s Mill Hospital, and the accommodation is in a very quiet and peaceful area surrounded by lovely greenery and plants. The location is very convenient, close to the bus gate and Morrisons. It also has a spacious private car park with secure barrier access. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for hospital staff.

Rude customer service. A leak in the building and you have to wait 5 days for everything, although you have been waiting 3 month to get a hub and still cant nothing

Finally someone from PA who carries out something they said they would.
Laura k area co-ordinator for the lawns said she would get a repair sorted last Thursday....Friday repair booked in..monday repair carried out.

Since renting a property from pa housing in December just gone, theyve been more than helpful and kind and patient with me, my repairs have always been done on time with no problems, theyve always rang to let me know when their on their way to my property, I can't thank aby and Tina enough for all their help since I moved in especially aby who has helped me with a personal matter.

PiLon tradesman were very hard working and did an excellent job. Bathroom renovation with shower tray.

Shocking experience with this Arthur Daley Housing Association.
Saw a property of theirs advertised on Open Rent.
For people over 65 a flat near to Victoria Park, Leicester.
The flat involved scaling Mount Everest as was up three flights of stairs on the summit top.
Nice enough flat but to have this for someone over 65 without a lift is well Arthur Daley.
The Sherpa who showed me round I said too many steps but I mentioned a bungalow I had applied for with them.
He said to me that bungalow was available and I could view it few days later and if I liked it be mine.
The day came to view and with less than two an a half hours to go and myself already travelling for the appointment it was cancelled.
It was by Open Rent message and just said cancelled staff shortages.
So I suspected that was a lie and something else was going on.
I went and viewed the outside of the bungalow thinking I will use the time to properly see the surroundings.
I arrived at the property to see a rat box by the front door and an open pipe near it .
Quite clearly a rat problem at the property and rats love open holes where they can burrow, nest.
I heard nothing further from the Sherpa Housing man even though he promised to contact with new details for a viewing.
On see that there was clearly a rat problem I was not going to go ahead but what did I then discover the next day by looking on Open Rent or the day after but the bungalow was let.
So I have no hesitation in saying that this housing association is both Arthur Daley in their dealings with the public and that they tell lies and that shoes a contempt for the public.

I stayed at Kings Mill Hospital PA housing for 2 years. It's been an amazing experience. Both Sharon and Val ( the accomodation officers) were a pleasure to deal with- there wasn't any problem to which they didn't had a solution. Replaced our fridge beacuse we were struggling with space, kept all maintenance upto date. Sepcial mention to Beth and Deb for doing a fantastic job at keeping our rooms clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend it and would choose it again!

I have been a tenant for 26 years and never had any problems. Whenever I have had to contact them, they have promptly resolved issues. Recently had some major improvements done which I am extremely pleased with.

liars we have been in hotels for 2 months because our upstairs neighbors decided to get a dodgy plumber to fix there ensuite shower we have 4 kids and they tell us storys everytime this is truly disgusting they waste tax payers money the hotel bill 1k a day could of paid for the repair weeks ago shame on them
