Adrian was very helpful. I was trying to locate a particular item that is not sold in Ireland. He went out of his way to get the item in stock form me and the item was sent out to us. Received today by Courier. If only all businesses were run with such enthusiasm. Thanks. A pleasure to work with.

Unbelievable and not in a good way.
I posted a poor review since I had been asked to review an item that I hadn’t received yet. Because of this they decided not to send me my purchase despite the fact that it had arrived with them. They have refunded me in full. Be careful because if you are honest they will just refuse your custom. Lucky them that they can be so choosy. Never mind there are plenty of other places I can get my rug from.
Update now they have sent me an email stating that I cancelled my order which I did not. I have an email from somebody at the company who said he decided to cancel my order. I would never consider shopping with this company again. I hope they don’t treat all their customers this way.

Amazing customer service!!! I called to ensure an order could be delivered quickly and was really pleased with how the team handled it; I had a call back to confirm the stock was in place and received the specific roll I needed within a few days, all at a really great price. Will be using Paint Panda again and again for sure!
