Very disappointed with this purchase. The chair is extremely small — more like a baby chair — and the quality is very poor. The cushion and fabric are useless and uncomfortable.
The person sent for assembly did not assemble it properly. I asked them to take it back the same day, but now the company is refusing to accept the return despite promising a pickup.

Do not buy anything glass here. There is no warranty if it cracks. We bought a tv stand made of glass a year ago and it just cracked this week on its own. The glass turned out to be defective and pan homes refused to take responsibility.

Had a very bad experience with pan home.we ordered a bed to replace an old bed because my pregnant sister was not comfortable with the previous one which was from pan home as well.our apartment is one bedroom apt.We are a regular customers of pan home. The new bed we ordered they came on time but was missing two parts and they had to leave the installation half way. The people who came to install they raised a complaint to the customer service and we called them as well way before their closing time, and told them our situation of having a pregnant women and need this issue resolved as soon as possible. This is not our problem that piece was missing we ordered. We called customer care to get an update the response was very unsatisfactory, as well as not helpful. Their response was like they can’t do anything . At the moment she has no place to sleep as she is not able to sleep on the floor. They have to check every order if the pieces are there or not. Bought a product online
Bought a product online, a console to be precise, which did not even require an assembly. Product was delivered, however didn’t not fit the description on the photos online. When requested for a return and to actually buy another product, on a higher price, they declined my request saying that online purchased products can’t be returned or refunded. What’s the purpose of having online store, when you can’t return a product? Very poor quality of customer service and unreasonable policies.
Think twice before you purchase without physically checking first.

Third time: I ordered two matching nigjt stand but received only one… then they said second is out off stock and won’t be restocked ever! Great! I bought a pair for a reason! I can’t return the one that is out of the box and I never even got the refund for the missing item!!
This company is such a fraud! Avoid buying from them, you will at the end loose your money! I am even surprised that such a scam business is aloud to still have a store in Dubai.
Very poor quality Corina Dining Chair – Beige & Black and zero customer support
These Corina Dining Chair – Beige & Black chairs from Pan Home are absolutely terrible. We originally bought eight, and two of them have already broken. The first one broke after just two weeks of use by a child – one of the legs snapped off. The second chair broke after about two months in exactly the same place.
This looks like a clear manufacturing defect. We now have six chairs left, and I honestly don’t trust their quality at all. The metal where it snapped seems very weak, as if it’s not designed to handle normal everyday use.
Customer support has been even worse: they simply never replied to my complaint. No help, no explanation, no responsibility.
I do not recommend these Corina Dining Chair – Beige & Black chairs at all.

Never buy anything from them ever! The bed they delivered and installed got broke 2 hours after the guy left and its been 7 days I can’t get someone to come and fix it!!!!! Everyday the same cycle 30 min on the phone to get to a representative they say someone will call within the day to come for a fix no one comes, call again they’ll say the same thing for the next day again no one comes or calls! Its like they are scamming people and the customer care team does not exist at all!!! I believe they dont have anyone they just have someone answering phones and saying yeah yeah someone will come. How can a bed break in 2 hours???!!!?!

I'm waiting for my refund, which I had to call and request because I wasn't even receiving emails. They constantly sent me contradictory messages: order canceled/delivery on its way! ABSOLUTE SCAM, I'm going to report them to Dubai Consumer Protection.

I placed an order on 15th Oct and paid an extra 200 AED for express delivery to ensure my furniture would arrive before a Diwali get-together at my home. Pan Home confirmed a Friday delivery.
The items never came. When I called, I was told the delivery was rescheduled for a week later because "someone called and couldn't get through." There was no follow-up SMS or email. They took my money for a premium service but failed completely.
As a regular customer, I expected better. The store manager in Al Barsha was unhelpful and offered no solution, only immediately agreeing to cancel my order. The lack of care is astounding.
They failed to deliver a paid service and ruined our festival plans.

The Level of tardiness and disrespect from all teams are beyond describing
first they delivered damaged product , then they keep giving false dates , they send the team to install at prayer time and their customer service team is clueless and can do nothing helpful and the management team are either on break , didn't come to work or they left early or they only available after prayer time. by far the worst purchase experience I have ever had it took them 2 weeks to deliver and install one TV unit
I ordered several items from Pan Home…
I ordered several items from Pan Home and while the product quality was great, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.
One item arrived broken. I also wanted to return other products, but despite having paid for home delivery, they asked me to travel all the way to a service center far from where I live, just to return them. That’s unacceptable, especially when one of the items was already damaged on arrival.
The worst part is the customer service. I emailed them and had to wait days for a reply. And every time I replied back, the wait would start all over again. Honestly, this is one of the most frustrating return processes I’ve ever experienced in the UAE.
It’s a shame, because the concept and the products are good. But the app, communication, and return policy seem designed to make things complicated for the customer.
I would only recommend Pan Home if you’re 100% sure you won’t need to return anything. Otherwise, it’s not worth the headache.
