Worst CS service ever. Do not buy from this company !!!!

There's bad customer service, there's worse customer service and then there's Parajumpers Italy customer service.
I ordered a jacket for €990, only for the jacket to arrive with broken lining in the inner pocket.
I wrote numerous emails asking for a solution, as this is not what you expect to get when you buy a jacket for that price.
There's absolutely no reply from them.
Luckily I ordered with the option to buy later, so I will not pay before I get a response.
Be careful when you order here.

NEVER EVER AGAIN
I had several Parajumpers winter coats in the past and therefore decided this time again in the favour of their Long Bear Special Edition.
Unfortunately it was not available in any of the local stores and this is why I decided to use their official online store. HUGE MISTAKE!!!
Once I have placed the order and paid it in full, I have received an email confirmation that the order was shipped with the information on the planned delivery date and shipping method:

However on Dec 3rd it was radio silent on their side and I left an email request to check the status. The only reply I got back was that "they will treat my request with the utmost priority" but then it was silent again and on Dec 6th I decided to call.
First the manager wanted again to get rid of me with some formal replies like "your request is handled by the relevant department" but I insisted and at the end managed at least to find out that they use REGULAR ITALIAN POST for the delivery, instead of express postal services like DHL or UPS, although they charge for express delivery!!! It was crystal clear that the Italian post would never be able to deliver anything in the given time and my first reaction was to claim refund, but then I read the reviews here on how people struggled to get their money back from them and decided to wait.
Making long story short:
after endless calls to the customer services (completely useless as they don't provide any information)
several emails (no replies) I got my coat today, Dec 25th
I had to go MYSELF to the post office, although according to the message from Parajumpers the order should have been delivered by a courier to my home.
So my recommendation - never buy anything there

I would love to tell you what the jacket I ordered is like, but 2 weeks after I was told it was dispatched it hasn’t arrived. FedEx tracking shows a completely fictitious route that the parcel was alleged to have taken and for a week now they have not even bothered to contact me and it is impossible to contact them.
Parajumpers, at least, pretended to be concerned and said they would look into it immediately. That was 5 days ago and my emails are being ignored. I have asked for a refund, but judging by the reviews that is not going to be easy to get. I don’t know if they are incompetent or dishonest or probably a combination of both. I am beginning to doubt if my parcel ever left their warehouse.
If you live in the UK please please avoid dealing with them at all costs

I was going to pick up my new long bear. My breasts are triple D. My hips are wider from giving birth to 3 kids. You changed coat completely from the one I initially tried on. It fit. You're new one extra large fits my medium size clothes daughter. I cannot zip up over my hips or breasts. You also got rid of the all fur hood. For such an expensive coat, you didn't bother to make one for women with breasts or hips. Kim Kardashian couldn't fit into your extra large. You can't have hips or boobs. Thanks alot parajumper !!!!!

I’ve had Moncler’s to Canada Gooses but honestly nothing compares to the Gobi Masterpiece, Parajumpers is getting to that calibre i feel but they are way better than both of those for true warmth and quality. I hope they keep it up and don’t start going cheap on material!

I have been very impressed with the jacket - but after ordering a jacket too small, ordering a bigger size to compare I wanted to return one of them and keep the other.

Parajumpers didn’t want to take the one of the jackets back and I’m stuck with a jacket I can’t use, the customerservice from the hustler firm is the worst I have ever experienced

I am still waiting for 2 refunds and after many many emails and phone calls I am no further. They claim that they didn’t receive the coat back. The other jacket was declared lost by dhl and they advised Parajumpers would refund me as the account holder. I’m still waiting. Nearly £1000.

I decided to go with a higher end coat because I wanted the warmth of a full fur hood and dense down fill in the body and arms. I hate being cold in Michigan winters and wanted a coat that would hold onto its fill better than other brands.
This coat has fantastic durability and has yet to shed a single feather in the three years I've owned it- however, it is by far the least warm coat I have! I'm not sure if it's the seams, which are extremely drafty, or the material itself is just not winds proof enough, but the combination leaves the entire body and arms of the coat feeling cold. It feels like I'm wearing a middle weight jacket rather than an expensive down-filled parka. I have had cheap coats keep my body and arms warmer. The one positive of this coat is the hood. The fur lines the entire hood cavity. It is warm and extra large to cover all of my head and some of my face. If you live in a milder winter region this coat will probably suit your needs just fine. The coat has superior quality in the rugged external material and hood, but lacks in the one quality I truly needed, arm and body warmth. I wish I could combine the features I like with a warmer coat. Alas, the search for my ideal winter coat will continue again once I feel like I've gotten my money's worth from this coat.

I like the Jackets but the CS is slow at responding

I bought a Parajumpers coat years ago (8 I believe) and live it. I was on their website because I was planning to buy another one in another color this year. Anyway, I saw that it is possible to order new fur trim and as mine is a bit used I asked for it. Of course I was willing to pay the price for it. However their customer service answered that I should go on a link to place the order (fine) to give the name of the shop where I bought it initially because that s where it would be delivered (ok but the store does not exist anymore so what do we do?) and that I should attach the proof of purchase (of 8 years ago?) and .... that they don’t allow it if the purchase is older than 2 years.... SO in a nutshell if you are happy with your PJS and that you are an old client you cannot order anything!!!
TOP OF THE RANGE CUSTOMER SERVICE what do you think?
Result is: I m going to buy my new coat from another brand. Bye bye

Love it its the best ive ever bought

Parajumpers IRENE Super Lightweight model is an expensive jacket but was shaving very strong, got embarrassed every time when I would take it off.
I washed it, the dawn got gathered all in one end, the jacket became nonfunctional ((, though the personal in the store said that the light dawn jacket is washable.
I wouldn't have buy it if I knew about all the hassle with shaving and not possible to wear after the first wash.

If you purchase directly from Parajumpers in Italy rather than one of their retailers, making a return can be extremely costly. I returned a jacket first using the USPS which cost $96 two times since the jacket was returned to me two times due to postal staffers not properly completing their part of the paperwork. I then returned the jacket via FedEx which cost $194 but the jacket did arrive in Italy in less than a week. Parajumpers refunded me 9 months later.

Their styles and workmanship are good. Just choose carefully.

Parajumpers.it replies to email within 1 day and shipment is timely. Product style and quality is very good. Beware though that due to the price of the products, shipments to the US will likely be imposed with import duty tax and brokerage fees which can be considerable (almost 1/3 the price in our case). Since the products are already premium priced had we been aware of the considerable additional tax & fee before ordering we probably would not have ordered. It would be prudent to find an authorized US dealer so that there are no surprise additional "fees" due upon delivery.

Very good email communication, and fast shipment. I Received my Parajumpers Kodiak a week after purchase (I live in Denmark)
