Very nice and fast

Don't trust the positive reviews. In my experience, they just try to fool customers. They advertise parcel insurance and make big promises, but when your parcel is actually lost, those promises mean nothing.
It's been almost 6 weeks, and I still haven't received a single meaningful update about my lost parcel. Every time I contact them, I get the same response: "It's a long process to locate the package." That's not a real update—it's just an excuse.
The most disappointing part is that they show no understanding or empathy for the fact that customers may have lost valuable and sentimental items. They don't seem to appreciate the stress and frustration this causes.
I still don't know where my parcel is or what is happening with it. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable courier.
