Arrived to a property in a horrific…
Arrived to a property in a horrific state with mould, dirt, damp, got no help from the estate agent who implied we were the issue. Didn't remotely try to address the issues and made our life a living hell for three months. Avoid at all costs

Parkers Tadley
I've spent most of my life in rented accomodation and I have come across some really inconsiderate letting agents. I've been a tenant of Parkers (Tadley) for two years now and I would recommend them to other tenants. They have always been helpful and prompt to respond, and very transparent. I've never felt that they have overcharged, and I feel like they have been very fair in representing my interests as a tenant.

Helpful efficient Estate Agent
I've just sold two properties as an executor through the Swindon branch. Throughout the process they were efficient and helpful and achieved fair prices for the properties. They helped negotiate with prospective purchasers who were trying it on a bit. Calls were always returned promptly.
Highly recommended.

Happy with the service.
Very pleased with the service provided by Parkers in Reading. I bought a property via them. They were quick to respond to the queries and very friendly. Only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that when we went to visit the property for the second time, we did request for an hour however the agent who showed us the property was not given the right instructions and was told that we can only view the property for half hour which made us rush and we could not do everything we wanted. All in all great service.

A satisfactory experience
Well, I have to say they did okay for me. They priced it a bit high at the beginning (par for the course?) but once it was reduced, it sold for a reasonable amount in a reasonable time.
They were pretty good with follow up / communication, usually informing me before my own solicitor!
