Good luck if you have an issue with an order
I have been a loyal Parlez customer over the past few years, buying countless items of clothing from them. However I have been completely deterred from ever purchasing from them again. I received my purchase and after wearing it 3-4 times, the inner elastic cord had snapped. I wrote them an email on 19th March explaining how I didn’t believe this should happen and if a replacement could be sent, which I have yet to have a response to. I then contacted the Instagram account where I had a couple of messages back and forth explaining how their customer emails have been going to their junk. After answering a couple of their questions, my last message has been ‘Seen’ and totally ignored. The least I’d have expected was some kind of decent communication about my problem. But it’s like I am purposely being ignored.

Refund process issues
Refund process was not straightforward as the online form crashed and I could not use it again. I then had to email a few times as seemed my emails were going into their spam, but resolved quickly when they realised.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As we have explained over email with yourself your order has unfortunately been caught up with the Royal Mail strikes which has resulted in the delay. In our email communication we asked that it would be great if you would be able to wait a few more days to see if your order arrives or if you were not happy to wait then we would be happy to take action now to make sure you were not left out of pocket. In your email you have explained you are happy to wait a few more days. If this is no longer the case, then please contact us via the email thread we have with yourself and we will jump on this straight away.
