Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Everything arrived perfectly well.

Very poor customer service,
One items arrived damaged (another with a loose heavy duty staple that I didn't claim for)
Emailed multiple times, the first with a response and then no further responses since December.
Not the highest value but not great that they just stop responding...

Great quality items, well packaged and quick delivery. Fantastic choice of items, I ordered treats,toys and a perch.

I can prove, via my e-mail that they DID NOT answer my e-mails i send, after i asked why the shipping costed 32.99£, when i usually pay 25.00£
why on earth would i otherwise write here, what would be my purpose?ive bought toys for 20 years, and never ever had any problems anywhere.

So now im sitting here with no toys for my parrot, because the toys i wanted,can only be bought from them.
How dare they call me a liar??

He started to talk about, that their response was in my spam, thats ridiculous all our communication is gathered in 1 long thread. Not in spam.
I got the must obnixious and rude answer i ever had from them, the called me an unfair person and a liar. I still have the e-mail. And I can eventuel send it to you.

Its absurd and offending that my credibilty is on the line here. I xan take screenshot of our communication,and send it Trustpilot, and you will see, that I indeed never receiver answers.

I wanted to make an order and I couldn't on their site, like normally now it is via mail and thats pretty annoying.
I made the order via mail. I had a 5 % discount so i was glad.
When they so send me the price for the order, I saw the shipping was 32.99£ and I normally pay 25.00£.

I asked howcome i had to pay more, and got NO answer. I wait one day, two days still no answer.

I then kindly asked if they could send me my order, NO answer. Here 4 days after i still have NO answer. That is not only unprofessionel, it's also rude.

So I am done with that company.

Great customer service and really quick delivery

This store offers a wide variety of pet foods and accessories that are perfect for any pet owner. Their products are of high quality and their customer service is exceptional.

Ordered twice from here and the speed of delivery is unreal. My go to now and happy to stay away from Amazon.

Good selection and good prices, however customer service and the speed and requests solving just nightmare. I returned the items directly to warehouse and received piece of paper as a proof of delivery by Chris and signed by Ben who is not working on Fridays. Also I received phone call and email from Anguel ensuring me that I will get refund back following week. After over a week waiting, I decided to send follow up email on my refund and guess what, Anguel responded to me that refund was issued few days ago… I have to contact PayPal to resolve this issue as Parrots essentials is not helpful at all. Threatening me that if I send another email to them it will go straight away into their spam.
Please avoid, not worth it for the hassle of few pounds cheaper items.

This is the “HONEST” response from owner himself:
As I said you were refunded, and I am not sure why PayPal did not send you the money back. If you didn't open the case, I could have called them and asked them to trace the payment and make sure it is processed. Once you have a case open, I am no longer able to call about this payment, and all I can do is answer any questions they submit via the case.
​Either way you will receive your refund because it was issued and PayPal eventually will get to the bottom of this.

If you need my help please go and delete the 1 star review which is not true at all and close the case. Once the case is closed I can call and ask them to action the refund.

I got my first bird last year and found all the pet stores are limited on toys and treats, I am so happy I found this site there is so much choice. My bird likes the honey sticks and fruit bars. I will be using this site for all my bird needs from now on. The order is well packaged when it arrives and I have found from order to delivery its very fast. No issues here I have recommended this site to everyone I know has a bird. Thank you Parrot Essentials for a great service

Absolutely love getting my parrots treats from here , she especially loves the bell shaped seed treats . Demolishes them rapid. A very wide range at very reasonable prices

I love their products. My parrots are especially fond of xl piñatas. My to go site for toys. I would be happy if they offered toy packs for large parrots. Other than that, really happy woth delivery service, prices and most of all the items provided.

We were looking for a supplier of parrot care essentials - toys and jelly pots. Most of the local pet stores stocked a limited range that were destroyed in minutes. We found Parrot Essentials on the web and decided to give them a try. The range is excellent and the quality of the toys is much more appropriate to the destructive force of a parrot beak! The management of our order was superb and we were given regular updates on order status and delivery. Each item comes with an attached card that gives specific advice and guidance on introduction and useage. Full marks to Parrot Essentials and we will be buying again.

I ordered some natural wooden perches for my african greys cages excellent service arrived on time well packed very friendly service 5 ***would definitely order again and would very highly recommend.

Great range of products and quick delivery however one of my items (food tumbler) was very stiff to rotate, even for me. I emailed last week to ask for if they had any solutions or if I could exchange it for another one. Got an automatic acknowledgment response but no one ever got back to me. I will avoid in future as I think being able to get in contact with a company is important.
I have ended up having to keep the faulty tumbler as it was my last day caring for the animals. I would have liked them to get a working one which could have been achieved if the company did not ignore me.
