I had a problem with a spare part and they resolved it for me. The service and customer care were excellent.

Carte électronique commandé, la carte n était pas identique à la mienne donc j ai contacté le SAV, le problème a été réglé très rapidement, Abib est une personne compétente et sympa. Le seul bémol à mon avis est le manque de communication directe, tout se fait par message mais sinon que du positif.

Placed an order on the 18th of February 2026 for a treadmill belt for my Sole F85 treadmill. It has now been more than 2 weeks since placing my order and still haven't received the belt.
I've tried contacting Parts for Treadmill via phone, with no answer. I've also sent 8 emails, but communication / service from Parts for Treadmill is less than satisfactory.
Parts for Treadmill replied on one of my emails with a Waybill number, but when tracking the parcel it shows that it has been at "the shippers warehouse" since the 25th of February and hasn't moved or updated since.
After I placed the order, the order confirmation from Part for Treadmill states "If you don’t receive it within 10 business days after payment, please contact us so we can check the shipping status", which I have done but haven't received any meaningful support or replies.
Feels like I have paid for an item which I won't be receiving, and no....Parts for Treadmill has not reached out via email or phone in an attempt to get in touch or provide support (seems like this is a convenient excuse used in previous ratings received on Trust Pilot).

Update 10/03/2026 - As requested, the associated order number is 18260219304. I am sure you will be able to get my name and contact details on the back of checking the order number.
I've received a tracking number (CI017917180NL) on the 25th of February (order was placed on 18th February), but the parcel has still not moved and the status still shows as "created" (not in transit, out for delivery, etc.)
It has been 3 weeks since placing and paying for my order, yet I have no update or visibility on when I will receive my order (if at all).
Furthermore, the email address (suppurt(at)fixfit.io) never replies to any emails or provide any updates to the orders placed. The WhatsApp numbers also do not reply to any queries or messages that I sent through to Parts for Treadmill.

Update 26/03/2026 - Happy to report that I have received my treadmill belt after a period of 4 weeks (order place 18 February, belt delivered on 18 March). The belt itself seems to be good quality, and have already done more than 50kms on it with no issues.
Upgraded my rating from 1 star to 4 stars, would have been 5 stars if the after sales support and communication was better from Parts for Treadmill, as I sent numerous emails without any replies after placing the order.

Luca was my last hope when my treadmill failed and the manufacturer was no longer in business!

Amazingly helpful and made it a personal project to help me find a solution!

Suite à une panne sur mon vélo elliptique datant de 2009, je tenais à souligner la qualité du service après-vente. Malgré l’âge de l’appareil, j’ai été accompagné avec sérieux, patience et professionnalisme.
Un remerciement tout particulier à Isabel, toujours attentive, à l’écoute et très impliquée, qui a su prendre le temps de comprendre la situation et de proposer des solutions claires. C’est rassurant de tomber sur des personnes aussi humaines et compétentes.
Un SAV comme on aimerait en rencontrer plus souvent. Merci encore.

When the treadmills belt collapses and the manufacturer "Horizon" is not offering any replacement, hectic google searching begins.
Finally I ended up with "partsfortreadmills.com".
Lucky me, they are offering belts for nearly every brand and every make, most of them in stock (!!) for very reasonable prices.
Can this be true ?? Is this a fake, will somebody deceive me ? The "Trustpilot" gave me convidence with over 100 for the most part positve opinions - and I ordered!
The following Monday I received a message that my belt is about to be shipped, on Saturday I hold the package in my hands, coming from Milano to my destination south in Spain. Two hours later I had my treadmill repaired.
I am not somebody writing (positive) reviews because I share the opinion that I can expect good value for my money. Unfortunately, you often find somebody in the internet taking your money and delivering nothing.

Wrong controller was sent and was different to the one on the treadmill and the pictures from item description. Didn’t work and still waiting on answers or a refund. Really poor customer service so won’t be using this lot again.

Die Fachkompetenz der MA ist sehr gut. Kurze und sehr gute Infos.
Auch bei längeren Wartezeiten stets die Verbindung mit dem Kunden gehalten.
Auch bei Vorkasse gibt es keine Schwierigkeiten (Auslandsüberweisung):)

Mein Laufband war tod, nichts ging mehr. Nach einem Telefonat und dem Rat einer Mitarbeiterin habe ich die Steuerplatine ausgebaut und eingeschickt. Recht bald wurde mir empfohlen, doch eine baugleiche neue Platine zu kaufen. Da der Preis überschaubar war, habe ich die neue Platine bestellt, und nach ca.10 Tagen wurde sie mir geliefert. Das Teil wurde eingebaut, und seitdem funktioniert das Laufband wieder einwandfrei. Danke für den guten Rat und die problemlose sowie kostengünstige Reparatur!!! Ich kann die Firma nur empfehlen!!!

J’ai commandé une plate-forme sur mesure de remplacement pour un tapis de course le 30 septembre 2025. Il était annoncé un délais de 15 jours.
Le 14 Octobre , on m’annonce 7 à 10 jours de délais.
Suite à une nouvelle relance, on m’annonce que « Votre plateforme a été fabriquée et elle sera expédiée sous peu. »
Le 27 Octobre , nouvelle relance et on me répond que « votre plateforme est désormais prête et sera expédiée sous peu. »
Le 30 Octobre , nouvelle relance et on me répond que « votre plateforme sera expédiée au cours de la semaine prochaine. »
Le 5 Novembre, nouvelle relance et on me donne un lien d’un transporteur pour suivre ma commande. Le lien ne fonctionne pas. GLS n’a jamais eu mon colis.
Je doute recevoir un jour ma commande dont le montant s’élève à 205 euros.

Mise à jour : pièce finalement reçu et conforme.
Dommage que le fournisseur n'ai pas été franc sur les délais.

The 180J Belt is not compatible with a 497mm Belt. The 497mm Belt is actually a 195J Belt. We are a Fitness Equipment Engineering Company who carry out warranty work for NordicTrack, and I can assure you this Belt will not fit.

Sent these guys my controller in 2023 to repair, they confirmed receipt of my controller and said they would get back to me as they had a large backlog, I spent years following this up only to receive reply’s they would look into my order and then nothing.
Eventually I gave up trying to get my controller back.

Ich habe ein Laufbanddeck als Ersatzteil für mein Sportstech F37 Laufband online bei laufbandersatzteile.de bestellt. 5 Wochen nach Bestellung habe ich das bestellte Ersatzteil erhalten. Grundsätzlich ist es kein Problem wenn die Lieferzeit etwas länger als angegeben, aber 5 Wochen ist schon sehr viel mehr als angegeben. Meine vorerst schlechte Bewertung von einem Stern habe ich nun auf 3 Sterne ausgebessert. Die Qualität des Ersatzteiles ist sowie es sein sollte und somit in Ordnung.
