I’ve attempted to order a part for my Yamaha VMAX from this company twice, and both times it was a frustrating experience.
The first time, the payment was successfully debited from my account. About a week later, the company canceled the order while it was already in route, returned the part, and issued a refund. I was told I would need to place a new order if I still wanted the part.
Since I really needed the part for my VMAX, I went ahead and reordered it. The very next day, they canceled the second order as well.
I called customer service, and they said they would look into it and get back to me with a solution. I never heard back from them. Instead, I received an email stating that if I wanted to order the part again, I would have to pay via wire transfer or a verified PayPal account. They would no longer accept debit or credit cards.
This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient. Why a company would suddenly refuse standard credit/debit card payments (which worked initially) and demand wire transfers is beyond me. It raises serious red flags about reliability and professionalism.
I won’t be ordering from them again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for parts. Save yourself the headache and potential wasted time.

I just realized that I got scammed by them. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited delivery. They literally shipped the item with standard USPS. Looking at the tracking number, the item I expected to get in 3 business days and paid extra for it will take a week to arrive.

Ordered a ring set on 4/6 and today is 4/15 still yet to receive it. And that’s with expedited shipping very bad experience with them

I gave the information on the item I was searching for and I was sent the exact part I needed It fits perfectly and the golf cart is at full speed. lol. very satisfied.

VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable. I have ordered a lot of parts for my Can Am tracks from them. I needed a $9 snap ring for my hub but Can Am only lists the complete bearing kit, which includes that snap ring. The kit is $108. Can Am won't help anyone except dealers. The person at Partzilla was able to get the breakdown of the bearing kit and give me the part number for the snap ring..AND Partzilla had that part in stock. THANK YOU!

I needed to cancel an order due to a error on my end. I called in on a Saturday and spoke with Justin. He got the ordered cancelled and fixed my error and out the order back in for me. He was super helpful and cheerful. Made the experience for me. I highly recommend this company. Best customer service I have received in the past 10 years easily.

I have a Honda Pioneer 1000-5. I lost the engine oil cover and could not find a replacement. Felix with Partzilla was extremely helpful in finding the correct replacement part! Thanks Felix!

I have a 2006 Honda Foreman 500 and needed some replacement parts. I was able to speak with Lynn on a callback (so I had no wait time). Her knowledge, skills and high level of professionalism was priceless in finding and ordering the additional parts over the phone. I have tried dealerships that had problems finding the part, only to tell me it wasn't unavailable. Lynn was able to quickly find everything that I needed. I was able to not only completed my order but got information on future parts. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be a return customer.

Julie with partzilla took care of an inquiry that I had with the status of my order #11-11268028. She even upgraded the shipping option to ensure that I got the part I needed in a timely manner since the original package may have been lost. 11/10 customer service from her!! Amazing team.

Partzilla always has the best parts in stock. My only complaint is when a part says it will ship soon but is actually no longer available. I still love purchasing their products!

Just made my second order with Partzilla. When I made my first order, I bought a bunch of MTB apparel, everything came in the sizes were just right! My experience with customer service was fantastic, they gave me good feedback on when to expect my product. On my second order, I needed to make a change for one of the colors on a pair of gloves, and customer service representative Jared was super helpful and made the change easy and fast. Looking forward to doing more business with Partzilla, the product is great and the service is fantastic! Five stars

The online chat with William W. who was working with me to find parts for a motorcycle was SO very helpful. He was able to find exactly what I needed, even with my limited knowledge or working on this particular machine. I am so grateful to him for helping me and getting the part numbers with direct link so I could order them. Just need to wait for them to arrive and then I can get this old bike going again!

I was little frustrated I had ordered a part on their website that didn't show to be on backorder. I called and Jared helped me out. he assured me they would have the part within a couple weeks and hooked me up with faster shipping for the inconvenience. Customer service was excellent.
