Had a very positive experience with Passport For Pets. They were helpful and responsive throughout the process of exporting our dog to Kenya. They also liaised well with the airline and import company on our behalf. Lastly, on the day of travel, they kept in touch with live updates on how our dog was doing. Recommend!

I am so grateful to Kelly and the team at Passports for Pets. They helped me transport my two rabbits (Duke and Little Rosy) to Canada, answering all my questions with great communication along the way to make the move as seamless as possible.

We had a really positive experience with Passport for Pets when relocating our two dogs overseas. Moving abroad comes with plenty of stress, and adding pet travel into the mix is incredibly overwhelming, but their guidance and support made a huge difference throughout the process.

In particular, **Kelly** was nothing short of fantastic. She truly bent over backwards for us, navigating enormous amounts of red tape, complicated regulations, and ever-changing requirements with real determination. Every time we hit a hurdle, Kelly was already working on a solution. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, and she made us feel like our dogs’ journey mattered just as much to her as it did to us.

It was clear throughout that she genuinely cares about both the animals and the families she supports. Because of her persistence, organisation, and tireless advocacy, our two dogs were able to move safely across the world and start this new chapter with us.

Being a dog parent I was really nervous and apprehensive about sending my 2 staffies half way around the world to Hong Kong. So I did my home work and found passportforpets.co.uk had a really good review and decided to enquire through them.

During the entire application process I was looked after by Kelly who was absolutely fantastic. She was very experienced and handled all the paper work promptly and kept in communication throughout the entire process. She arranged and liaised with her Hong Kong counter party who arranged and filled all relevant import paper work and collection and delivery of the dogs once they arrived in Hong Kong.

Kelly had arranged for our dogs to be collected in the morning of the flight from our house and were kept in their facility close to Heathrow Airport prior to loading and take off. During the entire day she sent us photos of the girls and regular updates on their condition up until they were ready to be moved airside ready for the flight. She also placed a special notice for the crates to be facing each other in the cargo hold as one of my dogs has some separation anxiety. This was not my request but was picked up from Kelly when they were at the holding facility and was communicated across to me later on during the day.

I found the fees to be very reasonable and below the cost of other agencies, one of which wanted to charge double of what I paid for.

My wife was worried about our babies so was adamant about flying on the same flight as the dogs. This wasn't an issue as I matched the flight number of the dogs with the same flight leaving that evening. I was able to message and call the Hong Kong agent via WhatsApp once we had landed as Kelly had sent me the contact details in advance.

I was very happy with the overall experience and genuinely feel the company understands and cares about their customers and what it means for them to safely and securely bring their pets aboard with them.

I would definitely use the company again to relocate my dogs. 10/10 on cost, customer service, communication and efficiency.

We decided to go with passports for pets, we never regretted it , with Katherine and Kelly looking after everything answering all our Questions being so worried about our sausage dog coming all the way to Thailand. But we need not have worried the service and letting us no about what’s going on was fantastic, and fantastic service in Thailand. Great company and deserve a lot of praise. Highly recommend Passport For Pets for your pets relocation!

I contacted a few different companies for quotes when we first needed to relocate our British Bulldog from England to Gran Canaria.

After speaking on the phone with Katherine about our dogs relocation situation, she provided a very reasonable quote and we decided to go ahead with Passport for Pets as from that first interaction nothing seemed too much trouble and no question too silly.

We then were passed over to Kelly who arranged all our vet appointments after our own vet let us down last minute and booked the flights. She was always at the end of the phone (or email!) to answer one of my many questions and ensuring all necessary documents were exactly as they needed to be.

Churchill travelled yesterday to Gran Canaria with TUI (who even did a special announcement on the flight letting everyone on the flight know they had a VIP guest on board 🥹) and arrived healthy and extremely happy to be back in the sunshine!

I have been thinking to be honest so other pet owners know our experience.
We contacted Pet passport to see if they can help get our Pug to Cyprus. Other companies where struggling, when they said yes we was relieved that they could help.
We started the process and everything was going great, price was expensive but online of others.
As the days of travel where approaching we needed to get all the forms ready from our vet.
We spoke to pet passport with questions regarding fit to fly and health certificate, they didn't know how to answer or didn't know. They wouldn't ask there vet for answers as we was using our own vet.
We quickly realised if we used their vet things would be easier, we did and it was.
On arrival the kennel crate he was traveling was to small so they quoted us for a bigger one. Fine we said.
Day of travel.
Our dog was flying from Heathrow to Germany and then Cyprus, all in one day.
Pet passport told us it's better for our dog as he has a break in Germany so he can have a walk and some food.
On arrival to Cyprus.
As soon as he arrived in Cyprus we was there waiting to pick him up.
We went to the customs to do all the paperwork before we could receive him. Once that was done I asked where he was and she pointed out the window. He was in the middle of a massive wearhouse with folk lift trucks going up and down. ( Not pet passport fault).
On quickly rushing down we found our Pug curled up in his crate shacking and crying, his crate was dripping with urine and full of his own faeces.. Pet passport asked us to leave a blanket in his crate so he had our scent with him, it was like a towel coming out of a washing machine full of urine.

As a dog loving family we was discussed and upset to see our dog in this state and after nearly £5.000 travel expenses we was expecting a much better service for our dog.

I contacted Pet passport and spoke to Kelly that was dealing with us. She was apologetic and said she will email Luthansa who was the carrier to find out. A few days later Kelly and Luthansa got back to say he was treated correctly, took out in Germany for a walk some lovely and food. His food was still in the same bag that we provided tied up untouched. Pet passport asked us to provide the food.

Long message but we felt the need to be honest as we believe this is disgusting treatment to any animal. On top of that it costs a fortune to make sure your pet is well looked after.

Once Pet passport replied with Luthansas email that was the last contact that we had.

I haven't moved yet. I moved in a month from the UK to the US. So far they have been fantastic! They have answered every question, taken every call and made me feel like I can trust them with my fur baby.
They taken the taken to explain every step to me and what I need to complete for them in the form of paperwork.
They are going to handle everything for me and have arranged for another company to get my dog though customs for me to collect when I land.
So far, I would highly recommend!

What a great company to use to transport your pets abroad, from Heathrow to Malaga, they were absolutely brilliant, especially Katherine and Kelly who I'd dealt with, Katherine originally dealt with quote side with Kelly booking the flights and accommodation for them, such a great team of people who all obviously love pets ❤️ my two cats were so well looked after, as their indoor cats and don't go out, they are very nervous outside of their home but we needn't of worried as Passport For Pets totally took them under their wing and gave them the love and care when we couldn't be with them, this made it a little less stressful for them both 🥰

Kelly made the journey for our cat sher khan from the uk to canada very special 😀 she was professional meticulous and went out of her way answering all questions and emails .

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they went above and beyond their duty. Two days before my dog Jessie was due to fly to Uganda, Vets for pets, at Newbury park let me down, and said they would not examine my dog for the required travel certificate, even though it was booked well in advance. Kelly from Passport for pets, came to my rescue, and organised a vet to examine, and provide a certificate, the following day, she really is a superstar, and I cannot thank her enough.
They kept me well informed on Jessie's travels, providing updates and photos. First class service all round, thank everyone at Passport for pets 👏👏👏

I cannot recommend this company for organising pet travel at all. They ignore half of your questions and do not make the process feel smooth at all and I was only going to Europe, not far away. I had an unfortunate and unavoidable delay (by a couple of months) to my move and they threatened to cancel my booking. I felt so uneasy that in the end I decided to forfeit my deposit and try do it all myself which also saved me 50%. I am happy to say we both arrived yesterday to our new home without a hitch! I literally never write a negative review but felt compelled to for this company as pets are family so wouldn't want anyone else to risk their sanity. I would recommend that you try to find someone else to assist you!

Getting 3 little “snub nosed” breeds from UK to Australia is a logistics, emotional and financial challenge. I reviewed and got proposals from a number of pet transport agents.
