Poor quality products, poor customer service
Really poor and condescending customer service.
Ordered 2 x Merino wool active base layers, at £120 each. Followed the care instructions exactly, cold hand wash only, no detergent. Products shrank by 2 sizes. Contacted customer support only to be given no actual support, but rather verbiage copied and pasted from the care label.
Do better, all round.

We ordered two of the same ladies merino tops to ensure we got the correct size, it is a free to return for the unwanted item, which is a brilliant service, we returned the said item & was reimbursed shortly afterwards. Very happy with the quality & customer service

Really excellent company
Really excellent company, from start to finish. The website is very good and easy to navigate, with helpful descriptions and plenty of photos. Check out process is easy and the orders arrive incredibly quickly and well-packaged. The customer care is very responsive, polite and helpful. Will most definitely be buying from here again.

Return and refund is a hassle
Return and refund is a hassle. I have not heard back despite 2 weeks have gone. I would not and dont recommend to buy from this vendor. You may lose your money!
