Excellent service and quality furniture
Excellent service from the get go. You can actually get to speak to a person if you so wish. Large range of unique items of furniture, to fit those awkward little alcoves you find in cottages. Offered up a price reduction and free delivery all the way from Tewkesbury to N. Wales, tremendous service distinctly lacking in many places today. Thank you.

Fabulous selection and customer service
Fabulous selection of furniture. Fabulous customer service. Ordered online and one of the items was poorly finished when received. A single quick phone call and the item was collected and a replacement provided within days with no hassle. Really pleased with the two tables we ordered. Great quality and very stylish.

Highly recommend
We ordered a sofa, 2 chairs and two footstools. We had to wait a long time for our delivery (due to import of more stock) but the wait was well worth it. We are highly delighted with every piece.
The delivery men where outstanding in taking care of the goods and asking where would like each piece placing. They even took great care of removing their shoes so as not to mark the carpet.
The whole experience from beginning to end was very pleasing.
Thank you to all the staff involved.

Perfect Service
Ordered two Duresta Large Coco Sofas which were in stock. Delivery was very quick and tracking was spot on. Delivery drivers were very polite and helpful. Cannot fault going back to buy some more furniture,

Dining Bench…
Just bought a beautiful dining bench from Pavilion Broadway online. The team were super helpful and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the product, which exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to have clear information on delivery and times. The delivery men were happy to carry the packages into the correct room, which was a relief as they were super heavy. Will definitely buy from them again :)

Bought 2 lamps from Pavillion Broadway. The lamps are lovely and we are very happy with them. Unfortunately 1 shade arrived in a damaged condition. We were delighted when contacting them they immediately set about sending a replacement. No fuss, no hassle just first class service.
