I have the same experience as others. I have $105 of my pay check on pay active card. I also was told to link a debit card I did so I have been told every day for over a week "It's a known issue and will be fixed soon, my patience is appreciated. No matter what you say or do if your nice they do nothing if you lose you patience they do nothing... There is nothing I can do to get my money this far. I did apologize for the day I did loose patients because I do ok feel, .. oral at least I hope.. those answering my complaints aren't responsible so I do try to keep that in mind. But for the love of God DO NOT PUT YOU MONEY ON THEIR PAY ACTIVE CARD! TRUST THE REVIEWS.

After I wrote my first 1 star review, payactve contacted me and promised my issue was fixed and i should try again. I fell for it. Nothing had changed. Still get told to link a card, then get told my card is already linked, then get told they have removed my card, try again, over and over. I have tried about twice a week since before thanksgiving and no change. I figure at this point, given what my time is worth, they owe me over $100 just for wasting it. "We have accelorated your case. Take a picture of your error message so our engineers can see the problem." Right. I would send a picture of my middle finger, if I thought anyone would see it. Bad bad BAD service.

Top! I used payactive to make a payment for thegenerationforest - they use payactive. I have to say: It was very very easy and I instantly got feedback that the payment is done - a bank needs some days - wow payactive!!! And i like the Social Cashback on the end also. I have never seen something like this and i like this effort very much.
