The only good thing about payit is the debit card colors, nothing more, no phone service no email service no live service, even login in with my phone no says it doesn't exist, what a shame. I wonder how can still advertise about this product.
Better to spend this on your poor customer service, or the service that does no exist.

Very poor experience with Payit from FAB Bank.
Customer care is extremely unhelpful—no proper assistance, no clear communication, and no real effort to resolve issues. I contacted support multiple times and received no useful guidance or resolution. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Just Horrible!
I tried to top up my Payit wallet for the first time using the bank transfer option, the amount was deducted from my other bank but was never credited to my Payit wallet. I tried to contact the customer service many times, Horrible, rude responses is all i get. I tried to send many emails, 0 response.
money is still lost and untraceable.

Not trusteble 1 October I transfer money from my payit to in my personal saving account showing error and suddenly amount showing zero and also not transfer in my other account when I try to cal First Abu Dhabi bank also zero response I try to cal payit agent zero response I send email with my mobile number zero response I am getting angry now my fully amount missing payit not replying me.

The balance in my Payit account has disappeared from my account since last 15 days. I am trying to email but am not getting any respone This is a very crazy service. Customer service please contact me 0525615177

Very bad service and there is no response..from last 7-8 days is over By raising request on return of cheque untill now I have not received any calls back also upon that IAM trying to connect with the agent continuously no Call will be connected Just waste of call and money I really wants to discontinue service of pay it I agree this is my mistake that I have deposited cheque wrongly 🙏🥺

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 40 MINUTES TO JUST TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE.

Last monday i did transaction through payit wallet. But, they showing the transaction will be failed. Then, they hold my money and didn't give moneyback.. If i try to customer care. They are poor services. They are not attending calls.. They are not giving the customer's time value.. I faced same kind of issues last April.. Since april they hold my money. I have same kind of incidence 3 times.. I already send lot of mails related to those issues. But, their response is very cheap.. They are not responding to the customer's properly. If your are not giving my money. I will move on legally. I face worst experience ever.

If I could give a rate for a negative I will give them negative rate, I have sent a money however the transaction was failed, but still they deducted the money from my account and it says the money has been reflected even thought it’s not.. I’ve been sending multiple emails and follow up to get my money back, but until now I haven’t receive my money..

As an expat, we don't have a choice other than use the wallet option due to requirements. Yet, we seem to be at your mercy while seeking for services. Your customer service team is despicable. The only way to contact you when there's an issue is through Email which quite literally NEVER gets any feedback. As I'm typing this, I'm on hold for over 30mins just trying to get a basic service from you people. It's really unfortunate that you advertise products that you're not available to support when help is needed. I hope this review helps bring attention to your horrible unavailable service.

Very bad service and not at all serious or professional. I arranged for the delivery of my physical card of (Payit) yesterday And they never delivered it due to a supposedly incorrect address when they called me and I gave the address again in advance, it's not complicated, so they brought the card to my house today, which I couldn't do. Receive it because I'm working and I told the driver to bring it to where I am which is only a kilometer away even though I have my ID with me and he completely refused, very bad service and experience Very disappointed with the bad treatment even when it's not my fault .

This review is for their onboarding process. I wonder what kind of digital account opening takes a week time and why?
I applied last Friday, today only account got verified after a week of waiting now my name on the account is incorrect, they entered incorrectly. I have been wasting time to reach their customer care on call, I suspect if there is any customer care at all, becz I spent hours on call it never connects. Sent email no reply yet not even an automated email.

When a financial service makes promises it can’t keep, especially about time-sensitive approvals, it puts users in a tough spot. I planned things based on their timeline. Now I’m left waiting, wondering, and frankly, regretting trusting this app at all.

If you’re going to push out flashy notifications, make sure your backend can deliver. Otherwise, you’re just another fintech with a shiny UI and broken trust.

Extremely disappointed.
