Purchased credit for a site called…

Purchased credit for a site called bitSkins. I've made multiple payments ( 4 total ) and only recieved credit for one of them!

Tried to contact payssion about this but still no reply after several days. Do not recommend using bitskins and/or payssion since it looks very untrust-worthy with them ignoring customers.

Faithful Payment Gateway For Hosting Providers

Payssion supports multiple payment methods such as Alipay, WebMoney, Qiwi Wallet, Yandex Money and other official payments across the globe. Since when I have started my web hosting company in March 2016, I have been using Payssion integrated with WHMCS Web Hosting Automation and Billing Software and I have never had any issues with them. It works as expected and I am thankful to them for providing such an easy tool and integration to do the business to work. I am highly recommending Payssion for hosting providers to use it for accepting payments from clients across the globe.

the bad service i ever received
i purchased some bigo diamonds on 21/1 but haven’t received the diamonds( normally it’s come straight away) i sent the email for support@payssion to ask for helping but i haven’t hear anything back from them till today,this company is untrusted, i’m feel like being frauds.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, there are many payment processors available that are much safer.

My experience was terrible, Payssion is really amateur and unreliable, rolling reserve can easily last 12 months and they make their own rules the way they think best.

If you have money on the balance, just withdraw and forget about that processor!

Edit: If this is an attempt to make me look like the bad guy in the story, that's really funny. The company's rating is low enough to notice that I'm not the only one who's had problems with this company.

The most hilarious thing about Payssion is trying to mention clients who haven't received the product in 11 months as if it was my fault to try to make me look guilty. I will simply refund another customer who had the order misplaced at Customs in the destination country.

I have worked with several payment processors, I've been partnering with Paymentwall for over 14 months and never had a problem with them. But Payssion really tries to make people believe that I am the problem.

Paymentwall, Stripe, 2Checkout, EBANX...I give my recommendation to readers, I've never had problems with these companies and I strongly recommend instead of wasting your time with this amateur payment processor.

Hi Andre,

We usually don't have rolling reserve for normal merchants, however, we keep receiving complaints/disputes from your customers saying they have not received the products, and we had no way but delayed your settlements when you failed to offer the delivery proof for such disputes.

Regarding "rolling reserve can easily last 12 months", we found you used our service to collect payments between December 2018 and January 2019. We delayed 6 months for your settlement and settled 95% of the funds in August 2019 and held 5% due to potential disputes from your customers.

P.S. Today we received another email from your customer saying he still didn't receive the delivery after waiting 11 months. We just forwarded the email to you. Please check it and get back to us ASAP.

And im still waiting..

Bought bitskins balance (750$) and after more than 1 week i still didnt receive any balance. Already tried to contact Payssion but no response. Because of that i cant recommend their service, never had these kind of problems with other payment methods.

Update 25/12/19: Sent you another mail.
Update 26/12/19: It was solved, i received my balance. Thank you for your quick help! Upped my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

I buy some BIGO diamonds already paid now so days I didn’t get my diamonds send three four emails then they reply I feel someone cheated me so I don’t referred any one buy BIGO diamonds from this site

Terrible service slow reponse

I pay for a premium VPN account via a middleman financial company and finally payssion turn out to be the payee!!! Obviously payssion is also a middleman financial company. How is that could be? Is that a fraud manipulated by payssion?

I 'm glad with Payssion. They are very professional. The most important for me is the price. I don't need to pay for accessing payment channels. It is free!!! This is why I was attracted at first. I have been using it for two years now. I want to say Payssion's channel is both stable and secure. I will continue to work with them later.

I have a very bad experience with…

I have a very bad experience with payssion.
I think they are in a sleeping mode as because I have tried to contact with them several times and requested via mail try to connect with the staff via Skype and all but haven't got any proper response.

Very happy with Payssion

I've been working with Payssion for about 3 years.

I added it as an extra payment method and It worked great.

They have a great support and always pay on time.
