I purchased a VGA card from this company last month and the courier both lost the item and when PCBuyIT replaced that one, they delivered it 5 days late.

As the item was required urgently to assist with a bereavement issue, it arrived too late, causing significant upset and distress not just to me but my family.

PCBuyIT customer service went above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced before, whereby they took responsibility for the actions of a 3rd party in a compassionate and timely manner. They decided to take the financial hit for the incompetence of the courier and covered my shortfall.

Initially I was sceptical especially as the price for the product I was looking to purchase (Dell monitor) was over 10% cheaper than anywhere else but the whole experience was great - genuine product (and not refurbed), enquires dealt with very efficiently (thank you Simon) and the delivery company (FedEx) were great too! Thank you.

Ordered a product to receive an immediate email saying it wasn't in stock. Was a waste of time. Can see from other comments this has happened to others as well.

Dell monitor best price online and quick delivery. Dell were out of stock, everywhere else 20% or over the price offered. Thought I'd end up with the wrong model but no... 100% delivery of the right thing!

After seeing the Dell monitor I wanted on PCbuyIT website I called them to make sure it was in stock. I had ordered from other websites which showed as in stock only to be emailed to say it actually wasn't in stock at all. After the phone call I went ahead and ordered from PCbuyIT and received the monitor the next day as promised. About £60 cheaper than others too.

I bought and paid for goods online, but received an email the following day advising me the products were no longer available and shouldn't have been on the website. It was a waste of my time, so I'd say it was not the best experience

So competitively priced I had to ring them to make sure the pricing and product was correct. Spoke to a helpful gentleman called ‘Nick’ who reassured me and advised me to get in touch with him personally if there were any issues. Took delivery the following day without any complications.

Items got delivered as expected in terms of delivery and quality.

Good price and delivered undamaged. Next day delivery not a deal breaker for me but ordered on a Sunday and website was not clear it would not arrive Monday (it said order within X hours for next day). When it didn’t arrive queried with sales who replied almost immediately (good!) that closed weekends and would be delivered end of Tuesday. FedEx tracking (useful) but then did not arrive until Weds (FedEx warn of delays due to high demand during Covid). So overall a good supplier but if you want Next day delivery may not work for you.

I was slightly apprehensive bout ordering my new monitor from PCBuyIT as their website looked a bit basic. But the price was great and in practice they proved excellent, with almost instant delivery via Fedex. I also got very fast responses to a query re delivery.

Highly recommended based on my experience.
