Our agency was opened by Shane Cuddington and Blake Mitchell as an independent Estate Agency combining an innovative approach to selling your home coupled with traditional Estate Agency values. PCM is an Estate Agency founded by local people who know the town they are working in. The directors of PCM and their team have a combined experience in estate agency of over 240 years providing professional and knowledgeable assistance in selling property in the Hastings and St Leonards surrounding areas. PCM have invested heavily in bespoke town centre offices with state of the art computer and web technology and advertise on the three main property portals – Right Move, Zoopla and Prime Location, giving every technical advantage in either finding a new home or selling your property. PCM also realise that selling or buying a property is an extremely personal venture and we will ensure that one of our experienced directors is always available to advise and assist you with the sale or purchase of your most valuable asset. Professional Courteous Great Service
Really great service, PCM sold my flat and made a stressful situation smooth sailing. Gave great advice, always in contact with me to update along the way. They got back to me with information when they said they would. Sale went through quickly. Ben and Mike were so helpful as was the whole team. Highly recommend.

PCM were brilliant in all aspects.
This must have been one of the most complicated transactions I have ever encountered. PCM, however, were always professional, supportive and available to provide their expertise.
Having lost our first buyer, they were immediately in touch with other prospects and we were back on track within a day.
Throughout various problems with solicitors and people in the chain being uncooperative, PCM and Ben in particular were always positive and ready to advise and chase up as necessary.
They were brilliant with their communications and were relentless in contacting other agents and solicitors to find out information and, in some cases, give them a prod to make sure things went as smoothly as possible.
I can't recommend PCM highly enough.

I can only say they have been amazing…
I can only say they have been amazing all through our buying and selling process. Always kept up-to date on everything and if I ever needed a question answered, they got back me straight away.
When all over estate agents failed to get the price we needed, they stepped up and got us what we want and also helped us get our dream house. Amazing company and can not fault them.
