I paid you guys not once but twice and the airlines still denied me and I’m still stuck in Michigan because of you guys thank you

I have not received my ESA Letter that I ordered. I have already provided the information asked for. Now it has been way more than 48 hours since I placed my order. But I did not recieve anything as of yet. I communicated with two different staff memebers from PDS Center Ryan and Gail, left messages through the customer service, emailed the necessary inofrmation but no result. Very dissappointed in PDS Center. Please if you cannot provide me the ESA letter then refund my money. Otherwise please communicate clearly when am I goign to get the ESA Letter.

Overall I had a great experience.

The process was quick and easy and I received the decision almost instantly. The only thing I will say is that my letter addressed me as Mr.Jordan Ledford and the I was referred to as her, but other than that minor mistake it was great!!!!

Very quick turnaround! Provide me a safe, secure place to request a ESA letter. Team was sensitive with all follow up questions and provided me all documents needed the first time. Would highly recommend over and over.

Quick but I think it should have included a verification card free.

Emailed them to let them know I had to have it submitted by a certain time, which was within the 12 hour guarantee, I didn’t get it until 14 hours later past the guaranteed time, and past when i needed to have it submitted. I emailed them to let them know, and got a reply that stated “it’s from the time that you fill out the forms, and was sent right away”, which was also completely wrong considering I have the email that states when I filled out the forms, which was 14 hours prior. I know I won’t get a refund or partial refund since they seem difficult to work with/didn’t take accountability for missing the timeline, so i’m just out of money on both ends since i didn’t receive it within the guaranteed time. I’d recommend this website if you’re not in a time crunch and expect to receive your letter within the time they promise they’ll send it! Also double check your letter because mine was sent with an incorrect address and wrong use of pronouns!

Terrible experience. The renewal process is still incomplete. Per the website, 24hr email with paperwork via email. I didn’t receive it and I had to email them and then 6 days later I received it in the email with the wrong last name. I never received the hard paper copies which they were supposed to mail with tracking info. Also ordered an ESA ID 40834 the same time as the renewal documents on January 25th and we are now in the ending of February and they have still not submitted order nor tracking number. I have emailed them more than 4x and still ID not delivered. I called the customer service number and the person said they only answer by email. They don’t offer refunds. Frustrating company to work with, lack of communication, and incomplete orders.

Really wanted to give this company 1 star, but we did get the certificate. Eventually. Their website states 12 hours or less or it's free. It took over 24 hours, and when I asked for a refund, per their own policy, they were argumentative and would not honor their claim.

I canceled this immediately after sending it in and discovered it would not be done for hours. I emailed and called.

Got the letter pretty quick, but they put in the wrong name and suffix. I replied to the email we will see how fast I get a respond or the notice fixed.

First off thank you! Everything came as described! However, I have one small issue. The letter was intended for my girlfriends cat. I mistakenly put my name on the letter as the intended recipient. This would not be an issue normally, but my name is not on the lease for the apt. Is there any way I could get another copy with a name change? The address and everything else would be the same. Thank you.

The letter generation speed is very good but the patient name is wrong. The name I entered in the patient form is different from what is showing in the letter. How should I fix it?

I’ve had my services with PDSC and the customer service, speed and responsiveness is amazing. We were in urgent need to have our renewal processed and even on a Sunday the team was responsive and able to turn it around in a matter of an hour. Incredible
