Don’t expect service if anything goes wrong
I bought my wife a pearl bracelet for her birthday. It was so poorly put together that the string snapped the first time it was worn. I agreed with the seller to return the bracelet and it would be replaced. I posted the return at my expense (don’t believe the free returns policy) and I have proof of delivery. Since then, nearly two weeks at time of writing, I have had no correspondence from the company - they do not respond to emails, do not follow up on tickets on their own system, and do not answer the phone on their “customer careline”. In the end I had to file for a refund via PayPal as they are totally unresponsive.
My advice would be to shop elsewhere. The pearls we received look nothing like the photos on the website. They are not pearl shaped for a start and are extremely poorly strung with what appears to be basic string. The clasps are very thin metal, and basically I have seen better items in a happy meal.
